  1. And, if they get enough Points Deductions & Liquidations they could be playing Amateur Football. Hmm perhaps that is their best bet for a sustainable fans led recovery. Start out in the Tyro League
  2. A sudden image of flying Zimmerframes sprang to mind there. 'ello, 'ello, Grandpa aggro
  3. What brilliant strategic and lateral thinking. Of course. I wonder why no other Football Club in England since the beginning of The Lottery could not have come up with the amazing idea of seeking "Lottery or Related Funding" I'm sure the not anywhere near being the bestest fans of Port Vale & Rangers will be overjoyed that they have come up with such an innovative idea to help them out as well
  4. What's Blue & Turns Red at the flick of a Switch? PCFC in the Liquidatoriser
  5. Hang on.... I smell a fish here. Palm Trees in skatemuff? I think that is actually a picture of the locals at Goodfellas 2 over here doing a runner when they realise Eric has turned up in his Burberry
  6. Go a whole game without saying what they don't want to do now is...........
  7. Not really the Favourite of all time but we do have some legends in town next week The Eagles Complete with Don Henly, Joe Walsh, Glenn Frey & Timothy B. Schmit in the line up. Worth a sing-along in anyone's money And no doubt most of the crowd will look like Gandalf and will be playing Air Guitars inappropriately and screeching horribly to get the notes in Hotel California. We've been on a cracking run this year of gigs, but we're still waiting with fingers crossed that Bruce makes an appearance this year
  8. Just in, used that new Gov snooping software to hack into the CCTV's in Bompey & get a picture of a Skate in a suit
  9. This is spreading. I've heard that members of their crew are going round the Booze Shops down here stealing every bottle of OSH in the place and injecting frozen chicken breasts with Blue Dye in all the Supermarkets. They've also squealed to the local OB that our fav watching pub breaks the local rules by letting us sip cups of Kilkenny flavoured Tea during the 2 hour daily dry period here when booze can't be served (ie game time Saturday) They are just So Despicable
  10. Well done Mr Collins. He has managed to condense 60138 posts down into a concise and accurate single page article
  11. TB is on record as saying Chinny put money in.. But when? Putting a few hundred grand in a few years after you did the purhcase unless that is linked in the Sale Agreement It is just an entertaining train of thought that lets you examine each step along the way. Pick any single one and a what if comes roaring in like a ton of lawsuits. Who first brought the club from whom and how? What if AA made a Compliance error in CVA1 Brown trousers at UHY if HMRC found a gem - lawsuits for the 30 odd mil... Did Chinny actually even PAY one pound to BUY the club "legally speaking" or is the possible challenge because of the leverage. So Al Fahim never bought the club of Sacha or Chinny from AA so what then happens to everything that happened after that point? Illegally appointed Directors? The list of possibilities is endless And the people at risk from HMRC going after the money rises. It may not just be PST who await the Chanrai security issue. What a lovely Catch-22 that would be "Well PST we can let you have the club for 1 pound as that is all it is worth" But to do that we have to admit the past 4 years have been the greatest breach of Corporate Compliance the UK has ever seen.
  12. Right - I'll put this one back out there. Speaking to future son in law about Spuds and footie and stuff, an interesting Supposition came out. TB is not sure of the Validity of Chanrai's Debt/Charges. So the question is WHAT is he not sure about? The Mortgage is Registered all legit. What else could he be not sure about? Add in the ex trolls rants "Chinny never put no money in" So the supposition is. What happens if someone finds out that the Chinny Charge is invalid because he did not pay any Consideration to Acquire the club in the first place? Rule 1 Contract Law = Consideration. If the Legal Charge is valid and registered BUT TB is questioning it then SURELY logic dictates that the reason for it's existence is being questioned. Now, just follow the line of thought and speculate for a moment. Chinny never "legally" bought the club...................... ooooooh ouch
  13. Unless of course, there was something flawed with the first CVA process. TB has said as much when he has questioned Chanrai's debt/security. So if something was "fundamentally" flawed in CVA1 that COULD make it invalid (nowt to do with it being scrapped) then retrospectively, the CVA1 could become null and void, which COULD mean that PCFC exited an admin without a CVA. Of course for that to happen it would require a party to make a challenge - either to Chanrai's debt security or a CVA1 creditor who believes that they could pursue claims for losses... To challenge Chanrai's hold to allow the trust full title to everything could open the whole can of worms It could mean some squeaky bums out there Just speculating out loud
  14. Oh dear oh dear. Just when you think this story is getting into the end game it looks set in the coming weeks to start to make some of our conjecture to date look WAY too credible. No idea what it will all mean in the getting away with it stakes but y'all better get down B&Q to buy plenty of Duct Tape before it runs out. Gotta a feeling some sides could be splitting again. and I got some work to do Fasten seatbelts an entertaining 8 weeks ahead by the look of things
  15. Strewth, talk about getting a kick in the nuts. You could almost here the woosh of air being expelled by the PST. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17598239 So 8 mil to BUY the club. How much do they need NEXT season to actually RUN the club? Oh so they will issue shares to buy the club but those with Shares may not ACTUALLY own the club then? Wow what a cracking deal that is
  16. Try the Camel Bar. http://www.cameldive.com/about/camel-bar Down the end of the main drag near the "harbour" where you go out on the Dive boats. A mate watched a Saints game there a few years ago
  17. Let us not forget, that it was another forgotten striker who wasn't match fit who helped get us over the line last season. DC stood up in the run in, we have no idea what the status is with his injury this time round, but last year many doubted he would "add value" LB probably has that role to play this season. Let us hope Lightning can strike twice
  18. Yes However Egypt is a pretty big place so difficult to be specific. Based on previous trips, the SemiRamis in Cairo will not If you REALLY want help I can check with a mate up there. I know that they will now be showing the game at the Four Seasons & Sheraton in Damascus. Guess that won't help much either OTHER than some Syrian (non revolutionary/neutral type Saints will be watching over there
  19. They have precedent. At the end of the Season IF they are past the cut off point they can always do a Swindon & Relegate them anyway
  20. Nooooooooooo It can't be Friday. I have a date with a Bottle of Absolut & The Kaiser Chiefs
  21. Rumours here are that Al Jism are preparing to takeover Football totally. They want to kick Abu Dhabi Sports out & get regional PL coverage again. Their Customer service is krap but they have a damned gppd Studio team everyweek for CL & the like. They also rumoured to bid to get the UK rights. They may end up on Hotbird/Astra as a result. their subscription system is simple buy a decoder and buy a smart card ($100 a year) Might give the Brits a panic needing a 2nd box though! some of us down here have to have about 4!
  22. We could tell you. But then. We would have to kill you.
  23. That Haha Sport link from Saturday's game is a good place to start - go find it & bookmark it before it disappears off page 1 of here
  24. Dude. We're talking Sandance here... You KNOW what happened to us at the last one Just make sure the Manager has a stock of Tabasco & Worcester Sauce for my Bloody Mary's - it's a damned early kick off
  25. Oh come on many of them are likely to play at SMS again. May be for reserve games, mmaybe one may make it to the PL to sit on a bench. Would be more accurate to sing "you'll never come here again" to the fans. By the time the DFCSB's recover everyone of the fans that turns up will have been a long time deceased
