Well, exactly what I thought would happen in terms of result and lack of cohesion, but didn't think it would be quite as bad as it sounded on the radio. We are two weeks behind the rest of the League in preparation, our pre-season work was poor in terms of fitness and coaching. We have already brought in 3 new players and are trying to implement the 3rd playing system in the past 1 season & 3 games. Anyone thinking we would be top of the table by November should take a step back and realise that the whole thing will take time. Each game the youngsters are struggling first to know what the boss wants them to do and then they have these pesky opponents making it more difficult. It will take time, even IF we bring in 4 new players, football is a TEAM game and it will take them time to gel. Sure we don't HAVE much but that's life. Could be worse, we could be Everton fans tonight. Moyes gone the way of Gunn by next Friday anyone?
