The Football League have effectively sent out the following message to all clubs: "If you fail to honour a CVA worth several tens of millions you will not be punished for it if you are already relegated". Integrity? My arse. Same old Pompey...

Yep, I got the same reply. I've replied asking if they are happy that a penalty they serve ends up having no tangible effect and how that can possibly uphold the integrity of the League.
