Fanpowerstadium @npowerstadium Morning all, we'll be validating the Portsmouth Fanpower Prize voting results before announcing the winning option next week. #keep voting

I could be missing something obvious (for once) but just went to book a couple of tickets online for one of the pre-season friendlies and it allows you to select a stand but not a block within the stand. And it doesn't show what seats its allocated to you when you go to pay either. Is this the way that pre-season tickets are being sold (i.e. no seat allocation) or is there something up with the online system? Just wanted to make an arse of myself on here first before making an arse of myself on the phone to the ticket office later....

A thread listing the decent companies would be quicker... -
"This is being abused by non-Pompey fans. A large number of people are voting for the statue who have no affiliation with Portsmouth Football Club. The statue does not benefit the club or the less fortunate fans out there. Remove that option!"

Driving from the UK to Italy in August....Travel Tips Sought

With regards the route from the UK, I've taken onboard the advice to go France -> Belgium -> Germany -> Austria (rather than France -> Switzerland) and have booked into a nice looking motel at Kempten, Germany (not far from the Austrian border) for our overnight stop. One further question on this though..... Are the traffic problems going via Switzerland as bad going back as they are coming down? Or is it worse in a particular direction? I'm thinking it would be nice to come back via the Swiss alps rather than go back the same route we came down by - a change of scenary and all that. But if it's as bad going north across Switzerland as it is going south then I may re-think that one. cheers! -

Hi. Wow, great info - thanks for that. Slightly spooky that you've stayed more or less in the same two slightly obscure places that we're going to! I much prefer going to 'unspoilt' places so your insights into the Viterbo and Sassano localities are really appreciated. Cheers - appreciated -
Have you got a linky doo-dah for the Chrome app? Just had a search in the app store and couldn't find it. Cheers

@pn_neil_allen: To clarify Ben Haim Sky comments, he's taken £30,000 a week referral (sic), not cut. Means gets money at later date. All #Pompey players deferred.

I would have picked Beckham. My hunch is that there is an element of "I'll show them I'm boss" from Pearce on this but you never know.

Nice idea. Best to go for black coffee rather than white for the graphic....wouldn't want to give the wrong impression... ;-)

This sounds pretty much like what I can get already via the various channel specific 'players' and catchup TV, etc, but in one 'package'? Would need to be convinced the nice packaging was worth £200 notes
