Yes, but when you know something is ineffectual (which everyone with an ounce of intelligence has known about the FPPT since the beginning of time) then you can't turn around and blame it for your woes when it bites you on the arse. Not quite. It was reported earlier in the week that they were going to apply for a 'restricted validation order' to release specific funds to pay specific bills this week. That can be applied for before the administration hearing in 'special circumstances'
