Wrong Loans cost money. A decent player on loan is in many cases likely to require a hefty loan fee. Fiorentina for example wouldn't give us a player worth over £1m for free that we can have for a year and maybe/maybe not sign him at the end of it. It will be something like £300k loan fee for a season plus an option to buy in the summer for £1.5m
-
I wouldn't mind seeing how that works, maybe in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy. However I doubt Pardew will change from 442
-
I bet we are paying a reasonably large loan fee and a high % of his wages.

Delgado was a great player. His football ability never in doubt. Attitude and injury record however was the concern.
-
Well 8 players for 8 weak positions?
-
I can't see him dropping Lallana and Chelsea won't be happy if Mellis doesn't even make the bench.
-
I do. Schneiderlin is great and Premiership/International potential if he applies himself.
-
Well fans of other clubs when they talk about signing a Saints player based on FM are basically using my opinion of the Saints players. So depends if you agree with me on how good Saints players are.

I can't wait to hear Dave Merrington pronounce his name

Big Ben chiming doesn't mean we haven't signed anyone. Many deals will be announced to the public across the country between 5pm and 6pm. -

Wrong, there is a free transfer window so they can't be signed anytime throughout the year. -

Schneiderlin wants to Leave / Rasiak
Matthew Le God replied to Channon's Sideburns's topic in The Saints
You do realise the French setup rate him very highly hence why he was captain and now being moved into the Under 21's. A host of top Premiership teams rate him and have scouted him. You are crazy if you think he is worth 500k. -

Arizona, You say League One players don't go for big money. Fabian Delph (a league One player) went for between £6 million and £8 million a few weeks ago. Before you say Schneiderlin isn't worth it, I think the French National setup(under 20 captain and now into the Under 21's) and a number of Premiership clubs disagree with you. Morgan will be a top flight player in the next few years perhaps even a full international at some point aswell. Anyone that thinks otherwise is clearly mad. You say worth 500k :D :D -
Our billionaire has spent more on transfer and loan fees(not wages though).
