If you didn't know any better you could think the police engineer these things just to make use of those nice camcorders they have. Strange how when they know Saints are much more active they let everyone have a good old knees up. As you say, surely easier to keep them in and disperse everyone else. Anyone hanging around is obviously then fair game to get arrested. In this instance I don't think it would have made much difference to be fair as there were always going to be large numbers of Saints around.

Accolade, which is on the estate on the Bitterne side of northam bridge lets you pay per visit. It's a good independent gym. Just had a refurb of cardio kit and has a really good selection of free weights. It's not a massive place but most of the people are really friendly. All the fitness instructors now their stuff. On a 911 Turbo last weekend driving thru Bitterne.

The life saving one was called Honours. I'll have to dig the badges out. Christ it seems a long time ago now, must have been 79/80. Used to go to St Johns junior school (the one on the junction just past where Habitat was) so we used to go to central bats every week. There you go the old brain cells are starting to work now. Does anyone elsr remember the plastic drawstring bags you used to get from school? had a blue one with a footballer on it.
