Very unlikely.

There is no game plan, just ten players making it up as they go along. Awful, worst ever performance by any Saints team since WW2

We are a rabble, embarrassing to watch. Promotion next year? You must be joking. Can't see any bids coming in for any of our current lot.

Effing Stephens, just get rid now!

Suggest, less profanities would gain your views more respect. Try self-censorship old chap.

Not sure this flotilla is going anywhere near the Baltic or the Black Sea. I get it, we support the Yanks in their backyard but they won't support us in ours. -

All this military posturing is sadly very reminiscent of what happened in the years leading up to 1914. Who are we trying to impress? Russia, China, US? -
Very drab match

Yes but they can appoint only one.

I had no idea he and JWP were an item

We got an amazing deal, even Trump could not have extracted more from the Hammers

We just pay him what he's worth not what he demands. Time that lad knuckled down and earned his bloody living. Money for old rope is how I would sum up his career.

It's gallows humour Jim, as we know it...

Not sure about worse opponents. There will be Ipswich, Leicester and three of the current top six in the Championship all better than us for starters.

At least Ramsdale is showing some guts

Morale has collapsed again. Could be a trouncing.

Great PC with Simon Rusk. Happy, carefree, transparent and honest, this guy is a breath of fresh air and might surprise us all. 7 wins and the job's his surely? 3-1 to Saints tomorrow?

Meanwhile those wily chaps from the Orient have hacked all your personal data from your laptop. You should have used Le Chat - Mistral. Buy British, buy European!

He hasn't changed one bit, arrogant, full of himself and full of bullish*t. Bet Linekaer regrets having invited him into his house.

Nope

Uncharacteristically poor personal comment from you. Shame. Just spotted this on the BBC website Jason Burt Telegraph journalist on BBC Radio 5 Live A good manager makes a huge difference. I rate Russell Martin very highly and he is a better manager than Southampton. He tried to implement a style that the players weren’t good enough to play. You could argue that he put himself first in doing that, by not changing his style. A good manager has got a very clear and practical way of playing. You have to implement your style with the players you have. That’s why Manchester United are suffering so badly at the moment under Ruben Amorim. A best measure of managerial success is – Is that player better than when they came to that club? Has the manager improved that player? Pep Guardiola is one of the best measures of that, he improves players no matter what the price tag.

Anybody sitting outside SMS with binoculars? Potter's Heron is worth staking out as well. Mind you, if we can attract a manager of any description probably we'd want the whole world to know

Probably mutual disatisfaction. Bet he's glad to be out of this madhouse. He's probably still just about on the right side of sanity. I wish him well, he's had a rough ride not least from an unsympathethic press corp and fans who expected miracles form him. Good luck and thanks Ivan.
