People need to face up to the reality that we are going to likely be in the bottom 3 or bottom 6 for most of this season, we may even go down and come back up. If the club's vision truly is to build from the academy then a)we need to keep players such as Shaw and JWP and Rodriguez and b)we are going to follow a similar model to West Brom over the next 3 or 4 years

My fear is Shaw and JWP start or feature in 4 or 5 games early this season and you'll have Arsenal, Utd etc coming in with £5m bids to stuff him in the reserves like they did with AoC. And once these lads heads get turned it only ends one way... Arsenal are sniffing around Shaw already..

Definitely need new full backs, well get torn a new one out wide with good premiership wide men. I'd like a commanding CB next to Jos as let's face it well be doing a lot more defending next season Id also go for a defensive CM and a RM. If we could get Jarvis that would be awesome but I'd look at Matt Phillips too.

Trippier be great but other Prem clubs interested i.e. Newcastle. JRod and Jarvis be great moves and i'd go for Matt Phillips if Blackpool dont go up. Still think we need a step up at FB, CB and CM

What we really need is pace. Both up front and at the back. We do pass it about but we'll be battered in the prem if we dont have decent pace at both ends of the pitch I like some of the suggestions on here like O'Hara, Guthrie, Clyne, Dann, Jarvis, Fletcher, Whittingham etc and we should raid West Ham if they mess up. Blackburn have some decent players too if they go down
