All the Spurs fans I know are always down in the dumps about how sh1t their club is and how they'll never be a 'big' club and yes Liverpool and United are but they're not really "fans" are they? They just support the team that won everything when they got into football so of course they're going to be like that. Saints fans demand: Entertaining football, wins, every youth player to be blooded and to go onto become the next Pele, to buy players that will stay with us until WE decide they're done and then sell them at a profit. Since about 2014, our fanbase has become incredibly arrogant.

If they'd fielded that team against say Bournemouth (who I think have played in this before) or another PL team in this competition then fair play to them for giving it a go but if they've just done it for us that's absolutely tragic.

I'd question Kelvin Davis' stat though - I seem to remember the second game of his first season here being a 2-0 win over Coventry? Bale scored a free kick and Rasiak scored a dodgy penalty.

Oh totally, I'm aware it's not just us as a club but it IS us as a league. PL fans are so entitled. In a sense, I don't mind, people pay their money and are entitled to their opinions but you just know it's the same people that moan about there being "no loyalty in football anymore" when players leave. Same with managers, those demanding Ralph should "do the honourable thing and resign" are probably the same ones moaning that Poch and Koeman didn't see out their contracts.

IMO he's not been responsible for any more than 2-3 goals let in this season which is probably about average for a team like us and possibly even good for his age.
