Absolutely. We're a stepping stone and long may it continue. The last player/manager I want us to have is someone that thinks they'll never do any better. I want players who have aspirations of playing for the biggest clubs in the world because they'll have to do damn well with us!

Except it isn't because I regularly go to my local team who are in League One and have had some hard times and crap players and it's not like that at all. They get behind their team regardless of what's happening on or off the pitch. Just like we used to at that level.
