I thought he said that tried to talk to their chairman. You don't have to talk to the player directly, just talking to his agent without the clubs official approval is enough to constitute an offence. We may well of spoke to manager and CEO, doesn't necessarily mean we got approval to speak to the players reps. It seems only the chairman of Blackpool can approve that at that club.

When you lift something of mine, or quote me. Perhaps it would be better if you didn't edit it, or take it out of context! It was referring to the Udinese game, and the obvious lack of signing of a central defender.. here is the whole post.. I believe the time for experimenting with new formation etc. has gone. I believe the time for adding new signings has gone. Last night we should have seen what, in the main, would be our Premier lineup, and certainly on Saturday we should field a side that should start our first Premier game, given injuries. I couldn't name the side that will start at Man City, not on anything we have seen so far! I certainly hope NA can. We have allowed the transfer window to slip by without too much strengthening, now is time for the club to show us what kind of season we can expect without the usual b'sh*t about how good our academy is. There has been none or little movement in the last fortnight towards solving our weakness at CH! Are we to believe we are risking our Premier future on what we have now, with the promise of a couple of hopefuls from the youth team? FFS I'd sooner get Aaron back from Palace

So, when does the 'experimenting' with new systems and line ups stop?

we could use their demise as the Olympic closing ceremony.. Demolishing Fratton Park live on TV the bulldozzing.. It would be more symbolic of closure We could have Dinege commentating as a large LIEBHEER CRANE SWINGS THE DEMOLITION BALL. It could include shots of John Westwood and Harry Redknapp crying, that would be a nice touch.. the whole world could join in the celebrations.. Would be lovely, fireworks, all linking arms singing Auld lang syne. Danny Boyle, who needs him

looks as if he could have kicked the last ball for us. Swindon Town have been tracking him for over two months, they have now tabled an offer. reported to be £500k

http://www.heraldscotland.com/sport/football/fa-step-in-over-davis-payment-to-newco.18237489? I'm surprised we broke rank with other clubs over this. BTW the title was supposed to read FA tell us over Davis payment ( )

Aston Villa's attempts to sign the £3M rated centre back are hitting the buffers. Vlaar is not happy with Villa but still wants to play in the EPL. Considering the rarity of good central defenders, and our need of one or two, Nigel should jump at the chance.

Spain has broke off diplomatic relations with us following the breakdown of talks over the sovereignty of Gibraltar. Although the UN had ruled in our favour, Spain claimed they purchased Gibraltar from us. They claim a British delegation agreed a fee whilst travelling with Portsmouth FC. The Spaniards claim to have agreed a £24m deal paid over 12 months, with a £300,000 deposit paid directly to the the British representatives Trevor Birch and Micheal Appleton. They also agreed to take Ben Hiam as a hostage until the deal is fully ratified by the British government.

He has been banned from the site now, and the offending post removed, but only after they knew the Hants Police were investigating it http://fansonline.net/portsmouth/mb/view.php?id=440270 -

I'm no legal expert but just googled criminal libel and got this Under civil defamation it is enough for the defendant to prove that the information published was accurate, whilst under criminal defamation there was a need to prove that there was a public interest in the publication of the information, even if it was true. So defamation/libel CAN BE A CRIMINAL OFFENCE -

I would think incitement to racial hatred was a criminal offence, not a civil one. -

Just heard that Hampshire Police are investigating it following 'numerous' complaints... and fully deserving of their attention IMO -

from their fansonline site.. .......................................................................................... appleton_out Posted on 18/07/2012 13:18 Lol at the scummer hypocrites Report Message | Email Message To A Friend | Reply To Message That the Liebherr's were part of Hitler's Jew exterminating Nazi force isn't in doubt, although the extent of their involvement in the greatest atrocity the world has ever seen is open to speculation. Dealing solely in FACTS though, every picture of dead Marcus quite clearly shows that he was an extremely dangerous paedophile. May he and Ted Bates rot in Hell. .......................................................................................... posted 5 days ago, yet the sites admin allow it to remain on there still?

Patricio has a clause in his contract that allows him to talk to any EPL club bidding 8m euros.. Man Utd showed interest last January but refused to go over £5m for him. Goalkeepers have not attracted the huge fees of strikers etc. Your point about Butland and the Olympic Games is valid. But imagine him having a Rob Green moment.. how much then??
