  1. Yes it's obvious. Sturridge's 21 goals which took him to second in the Premier League's top scorers definitely prove this. A one man team, if ever there was one.
  2. Fair enough opinion in itself. The whole "one man team" nonsense let you down though. That's clearly just idiocy. As is thinking they won't sell Suarez and get someone else (or more) who will supplement the team/squad.
  3. Still stand by your "one man team" thing though, do you?
  4. Suarez: 33 games, 31 goals, 12 assists. Sturridge: 29 games, 21 goals, 7 assists. The very definition of a total reliance on one player, if ever I saw one. Don't you think?
  5. Why do people call you Strawlock? It's really not clear.
  6. You accuse me of not being able to read, yet you couldn't even take in my post from just a few above that. I shouldn't be surprised, given your history of proving how utterly incapable of basic comprehension you are. Just for you, I'll copy and paste it from a few posts above: Carry on though, you're doing really well.
  7. Good smilies, but you sidestepped the actual question there.
  8. Like for like will never happen. But, let's take a random example. Let's say they spend around £12M and get someone like, I don't know, Dan Sturridge. First season, 14 appearances, 10 goals, 4 assists. Second season, 29 appearances, 21 goals. No player is irreplaceable. Suarez is absolutely top class, but its not as if Liverpool are surrounded by sh*t or couldn't attract the best players in the world. To suggest otherwise would be monumentally stupid.
  9. Why would you take 31 goals and 12 assists totally out of the equation? Are you saying Liverpool will sell him and not replace him with anyone?
  10. Good job we have none of those worries of clubs poaching our top players. !
  11. "Nothing without Suarez". Brilliant, even by your standards. Truly. And I don't even like Liverpool! Sometimes you have to take your hat off to mongboard excellence.
  12. Even you're not thick enough to actually believe that nonsense. Remind me how they got on without him for an extended period at the start of the season.
  13. It really isn't "true" by any concept. Unsurprisingly.
  14. I see. If exclamation marks made it so, we'd be in with a good shout. !!
  15. In a similar vein, Pete. If we lose Lallana, where are we likely to finish?
  16. #ourdreamisreal
  17. Saints' record Premier League season, you mean? The level of points over a season we've never seen since 1984? Yep, sounds as good a reason as any to compare us to Liverpool I suppose.
  18. Yeah, I reckon there's a few other footballing and monetary incentives to potentially move for.
  19. Where are the pictures of the Cortese glass elevator?
  20. I imagine he would be a great addition, he's a star player and captain of a side who are 5th in La Liga.
  21. I don't mind Glasgow, he's a likeable buffoon.
  22. Before the9 shows up with his kit pedantry, that particular template has a solid red back and it's an old template. As I say, just for something different. As it happens I reckon we'll neither be with Nike next season, nor in stripes.
  23. Here's a mock up I did and posted elsewhere, just for sh*ts and giggles. The photoshoppery isn't the best but you get the idea.
  24. Forced or self-imposed?
  25. When St. Mary's was built I believe I'm right in saying that we had the only perfectly level pitch in the league (all others had a camber to aid drainage).
