  1. Príck wit - novel. Sorry to offend your artistry, didn't realise you came up with the song. It would be good, if it wasn't trying to fit the three syllables of Steve De Ridder in to the two syllables of Goodbye. I actually did come up with one I though was better - Corona - Rythym of the night - I see De Ridder on the right, the right, oh yeah, De Ridder on the right. Thought it had a bit of originality.
  2. I once saw him finish a pie in two minutes. I bet Messi couldn't.
  3. Nearly as good as the Steve De Ridder attempt .... Na Na Na Na Na Na .. Hey Heyyyy (wait a second it won't quite scan but we're try it anyway) Steve De........Ridder. Awful.
  4. Agreed. Not comparing him to Le Tiss. He was one of a kind - as good as Bergkamp and Cantona. England should have built the team around him but opted for Darren Anderton and the likes instead. It's rare to find a player of Le Tiss quality...
  5. Crossing not as good. As we play so narrow the fullbacks are key to our form. Generally if they play well so does the team.
  6. To be fair Lionel is a legend. Made me laugh though.
  7. FWIW I think Lee will be a good buy, makes very intelligent runs and was very encouraged by his and Lamberts link up in the first 20 mins. Granted he faded as the game went on but I'd but that down to becoming used to the English game more than anything else. Lallana was absolute class at times in the first half at times, but should have scored. I go to Saints for entertainment and he entertains me.
  8. Agreed. Definitely is not a ball over the top player. Just thought he maybe didn't take up some of the clever positions he has been recently. Not a criticism per se just thought he wasn't at his best today.
  9. Yawn. Hardly ever post but think this is the sixth time I've seen you post about this. Get a room.
  10. Are you saying Lallana runs up and down and doesn't influence the game? To let you know I think Lambert is our best player along with Lallana - he's a legend, just don't think the ball stuck to him as much tonight as it has recently.
  11. Lambert is a legend, but your love-in for him is quite frankly embarrassing. Apart from the goal was one of his poorer games tonight. We are at our most effective when both Lambert AND Lallana are on form.
  12. You really are a barrel of laughs aren't you
  13. http://www.eplsite.com/ listed on this one
  14. Didn't watch the same game then for me! English fans like kick and run players. TBF Barnard hasn't had much chance at this level so I might be a bit premature. Just see someone as Lee as fitting into our pass and move game (once we start doing it again!).
  15. Problem is Fox has been off form recently too (his cross field Hollywood balls really get on my tits). Strange that one of the positions we have looked strongest is now suspect.
  16. Gutting to lose in the last minute. Didn't defend well enough today. Harding had a shocker. Started the game awfully and Millwall controlled it with Guly woeful up front. Once Adkins changed it round and stuck De Ridder up top we controlled the game. I think the turning point was De Ridder having to come off for Barnard (he signalled for the bench and saw him holding his hamstring at one point). Once Barnard came on the ball just didn't stick, he is not good enough at this level. I think Tadanari is going to be a good acquisition for us. Yes he missed a couple of chances but his movement looks really good and hopeful that he will improve with game time and adjusting to the country/tempo of football. Form is not good at all (no denying that), but the second half against Cardiff and half of this game, convince me that the early season form can return. Our squad is now much stronger and key players are showing glimpses regaining that top form (Lallana was excellent at times today. Oh and fu ck me it was cold.
  17. Got the song. Simple and easy to remember. Tad - a - na - ri Lee (Tadanari Lee) Tad - a - na - ri Lee (He is Japanese) And on and on... To this tune
  18. Why would you want to support/endorse anything The Sun does?
  19. From the OS report of the game:- A hugely decisive decision arrived on 51 when astonishingly, Rickie Lambert was sent off as he vented his frustration at another missed foul on the striker. The frontman punched the ground to show his disappointment and in doing so caught Adam El-Abd who went to the floor easily. Not sure if this is what happened, but does it still count as violent conduct if it's done by mistake? TBH sounds like the OS clutching at straws.
  20. you dirty skate bastard's we're coming for you! When I was just a little boy, I asked my mother what should I be, should I be Pompey, should I be Saints, here's what she said to me 'Wash your mouth my son, go get your fathers gun and shoot the Pompey scum and support the Saints' WE HATE POMPEY WE HATE POMPEY My old man said be a Pompey fan I said ' **** off ******** you're a ****!' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8aNaO23ZW88
  21. What about his hard work to pressure their defender which set up the first goal? Admit he is not totally on form at the moment but think '4' is beyond harsh.
  22. And the reason to be offensive there was?????
  23. Seems like he miscontrolled it every time this chant rang out. Entertaining all the same. Still think we can come up with something better.
  24. 25 mins of extended highlights up now!
