  1. Look luv, I most definitely form my own opinion on things, and I especially don't take any notice of what is written by Carole Malone or any of the other poor journalists at that third rate paper. As far as I'm concerned, they have an opinion that is similar to mine, not the other way round. I think it would be funny to see how this country got on if we took on the recently implemented Swedish benefits system, which comprises of a benefit payment that decreases over time. See how many people out there take the **** then.
  2. I don't even like Adam and the Ants...
  3. To be fair, my beef isn't with the majoritry of the working class, it's with the tax dodging, benefits cheating scum that seems to define this country now. I hate the fact that my taxes go towards these cretins.
  4. Football is no longer a Working Class sport. The only working class sport I can still think of is Darts. You can keep that one.
  5. Agreed. "Football is a working class game, for working class people." **** off. Just because you didn't work hard enough at school does not mean you own football any more than I do.
  6. Zing! Unfortunately, and I know all people aren't the same, the majority of the people who live there are a drain on society, resources and my patience.
  7. Would that not be seen as an abuse of Power?
  8. Jeez, you on the blob or something?
  9. - Council Estates and Poor People. - Tax Dodgers. - Fans with attitude that walk like they're hard but actually look as though they walk with a limp. I know these aren't confined to Match days, but they still annoy me on Match days.
  10. And you'd love that, which is the really sad thing.
  11. Some people are hard to please though.
  12. Whatever happened to Stanley? Was he 19C? Or was that Sundance Beast? And where's Richard Chorley?
  13. Yes, yes we will. COYR.
  14. Just to save me looking through the first half thread, how are we playing?
  15. On e-mail with my mates yesterday venting $y spleen over this. The people who give out these awards know nothing. I"d like to see Football 365's take on this. In fact, watch out for me in the Mailbox today, venting spleen time.
  16. I've been advised not to wear colours, just one of those rules that comes with the territory. Doesn't bother me too much.
  17. This is what will happen. Guarantee it. Colchester's form, as well as Swindon's will drop, after tomorrow night especially. Saints to get the last spot on 78 points..
  18. Just found this quote on Wikipedia. Shame the person who put it on can't use capitals properly. "There has been talk recently that marian could be on the verge of a return to former club southampton as an assistant coach." Would love it if he did though.
  19. Anyone else enjoying this more positive Alps? Seems to have chilled out since his recent kiddies birth. Long may it continue!! In response to the question, yes we can. It will take some damn good play from us, but we nullified everything Leeds threw at us today (which in fairness was **** all)m. Why the hell not? Also, very buoyed by NC's words earlier today.
  20. Now, I'm not saying this is not true, but I'm sure it's not as cut and shut as this. Considering stadiums are licensed to sell alcohol, I find it difficult to believe that this was the only aggravating factor. And it depends how under the influence he was etc. I know people like to criticse the English Legal System, but you will find it hard to come across a case where upon appeal the correct decision is not made. The reasonable person test is there to stop this, as is trial by elders. Fair enough, the persons council may not present a good case, but based on the facts of a case it is difficult for the wrong decision to be made.
  21. On the train on the way to change at Clapham Junction. Any other London Saints on their way down?
  22. Agreed, and I have to say I haven't heard of that. Not saying I don't believe you, but I've never heard of it happening.
  23. I'll show you the words that make the difference. To be guilty of murder you don't actually have to have the mens rea of them wanting them to die, but just of causing GBH.
  24. Problem is the following. Throwing the stone, you probably have the mens rea of committing GBH, whilst not actually fulfilling the actus reus (Ernie aside). Personally, it's been a few years since I did Law, so don't really want to delve too far into it, but the same as punching someone, if you hit them and by some freak of nature it kills you, it still murder because the thrower has the mens rea of trying to hurt someone.
