I tell you what, these sash kits people are mocking up are lush. Would buy one in an instance. Personally I'd love a copy of the Air Florida shirts, officially the nicest kit ever (it won an internet poll I think).

Antonio - Will he be a saint next season..?
Dibden Purlieu Saint replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
It's quite a standard contract now. It protects the club against a player being rubbish and having him signed on for the extra year if they don't want him. The only reason they have taken up this option is so they can demand a transfer fee. -
He retired after receiving death threats from English fans after a England match I think.
-
Was Anders Frisk Austrian? Can't remember. FWIW, I agree 100 percent with everything Alpine has said on this thread. There have been some refereeing performances that we have been on the wrong end of this season that cannot have been without some intervention.

The lads who got nicked at P*mpey...

I think we should arrange a big fight between members of the forum myself. That would be good. I'd pay to watch that. -
They will never, in a million years, be on that much. I don't get where people pluck these figures from. Pulis will likely be on £900 a week, Molyneux and forecast on a maximum on £1500.

To be fair, at least pedo's are nice to children and give them sweets and stuff. -
who would you like to see go up...

Leeds and Millwall. Charlton are rubbish and also have very little money. -
Haha, no, hope they go bust. Bunch of fish ****ing pikey scum. This will be hilarious!
-
May be a bit ambitious, but what about Michael Johnson and maybe even Benjani from Man City.
-
I always thought he had potential. He was only 19 when we brought him in. Issue is he couldn't defend. Got forward very well. At a better team, as shown at Anderlecht, where he can concentrate on being an attacking force, he can do well.
-
Richard Hughes is a better player than Brown. What about Jimmy Bullard from Hull. Unlikely to play again for them but on massive wages.
-
Erm, what? Defence best in the League at the start of the season??? Wasn't our defence James, Perry, Thomas, Harding? Not the best defence in the League. Not even close.
-
Michael Brown is **** AND a ****. I'd take Belhadj in a second.

Saints V Carlisle Post Match Reaction
Dibden Purlieu Saint replied to St Landrew's topic in The Saints
Take that, good result! 2 more wins and then into the playoffs! -
Will people stop complaining about 4-5-1, it works as its adaptive.
-
Oh, the irony.
-
Lambert for me, with a smattering of Schneiderlin, Lallana, Harding after him. I really am surprised that some people don't recognise how important Schneiderlin is to our system. The ability to spray 40 yard balls to the wings when the midfield is packed is a massive plus, especially when playing 4-5-1. If we lost him, well, see how Liverpool have done without Xabi Alonso. He did the same job there.

It's a real shame, the play nearly worked. Better luck next time eh! -

They were idiots. They knew this would happen if it all kicked off, yet they still went ahead and did it. Prats. -
I don't know what their agenda is, perhaps they've decided after asking moronic questions previously, and getting short shrift, that is makes good radio on one of the most boring stations in the country. Considering that the BBC is not known for it's hard hitting football journalism, there must be something. Watch MOTD, or listen to 5Live and when was the last time you heard them ask a question that is phrased in such a way that it sounds like a criticism. Follow this up with a ridiculou question and it seems that either they're just appalling journalists, wasting the license fee they're given.

I have nothing to debate. My point was made earlier in the thread, I just don't enjoy the way the 3 amigo's back each other up NO MATTER WHAT. That is what has got my goat.
-
Do you know what, I did react to you, but I'm going to remove that as I can't be arsed with all you WUM's. My point is above. No I don't have a UEFA Pro license or anything of the sort. I feel that people are trying to make something of nothing, and funnily enough, it's the usual suspects. That's it.

Agree with this, used to watch him in Plymouth when I was at Uni. Before his knee went he was cracking. The amount of free kicks and penalties he used to score was immense.
