He only played 5 times for them didn't he? Prior to doing his ACL. -

This. Not sure what the obsession with him is? -
Really, how do you know this? He was brilliant for Barnsley prior to moving to Wolves.

I once saw NC shoot a puppy in the head. True story.

Huddlestone or Dembele? Definitely not what we 'need'. We need a defensive midfielder. Did Lucas Biglia move in the end? He'd be perfect. Buttner is proper **** defensively. United fans do not rate him at all. -

Don't wish to be a pedant, but Samba came from Hertha Berlin didn't he? -

I like Martin Olsson, I really do, going forward he is fricking dynamite. However, he is so bad defensively that I'm really not sure the advantage of buying him, and especially spending that much. Peoples main issue with Fox is his defensive work. Olsson's wouldn't really improve this. -

Where would you play Olsson? To be fair, Puncheon has been good this season. -
That's like asking which you'd prefer, gonhorrea, the clap or AIDS

You are joking aren't you? I must have missed your smiley winky thing. He is definitely better than what we have. -

Rob Green would be a better keeper than what we currently have, that is for sure. -
I would in a shot, if it meant we stayed up this season. Whatever people may think of him (and I'm not keen) the guy is an above average Manager and knows the Premier League better than Adkins.
-
As we desperately need to invest in January, I thought perhaps it was time to start throwing some names in the hat. Michael Dawson Kana Biyik Robert Green Jelle Vossen Wilfried

That wasn't a rant, it was just a list...

Ok, so it's an 'I told you so' thread then.

Exactly. We made a lack of quality, proven signings in the Summer. Collins, Jaaskelainen, Benayoun, Carroll, Diame were all free or loans. It is ridiculous that we did not look at these players.
-
This is where you show your ignorance. 1. Carroll is not utter garbage. 2. Collins is better than what we have as I pointed out in the Summer. 3. Diame is better than what we have as I pointed out in the Summer. 4. Maiga is better than Rodriguez as I pointed out in the Summer. 5. Jaaskalainen is better than what we have as I pointed out in the Summer. 6. Benayoun is better than what we have as I pointed out in the Summer. They have a much better team than we do, they strengthened in the correct areas. It was as if Sam Allardyce had managed in the Premier League before and realise a) how to set up a team to do well in Premier League (b) knows which areas of the team are important to strengthen.

Much, MUCH better performance, but still not good enough. We need wins unfortunately. Ref was ****. -
Nope...
-
Fairplay to Dyer for not celebrating btw.
-
He's made 1 mistake. That would be 2 points he's lost us.
-
Fox for Shaw? Another bizarre substitution to add to the 15 already this season.
-
SO, so many mistakes. How can we legislate for constant mistakes.
