Whisper it, but Spurs don't have much money. The amount of money spent over the last few years that they have been unable to recoup through Redknapps usual 'quantity over quality' methods have left them unable to purchase a striker or replacement players until Madrid buy Modric.

I did have a point. But there are some very myopic people on here that seem to think signings come out of nowhere when you are in the Prem. The players we have purchased have great potential (with the exception of Davis), but they are not of decent Premiership quality. I maintain this.

You can't write reasoned criticism on here. Either way, we have ages until the end of the window, and many people have guaranteed me that we'll have players in before Man City as well.

That just tells me don't believe the press's figures. The agent has said that Spurs offered little more than what he is on at Bologna. What else can you say to that? How much do you think Bologna ae paying him. Btw, when Bale went to Spurs he was initially on something like £18k.
