  1. Good chance for Djenepo. Looks like we are going to try and score again rather than just retreating and shutting up shop like we usually do.
  2. If we can hold on to this we will be 14th!
  3. IIIIIIIIIIIINGSSSSSSS!!!!
  4. Blades now winning.
  5. FFS. We get a FK in their half with Shelvey taking a yellow for the team, and we completely waste it playing it backwards, sideways and then giving it away.
  6. Sheff Utd have equalised against Norwich.
  7. I'm not so sure about that. It's not like we have had to be anywhere near top gear to compete so far. Newcastle have sat back a lot so we won't have burnt ourselves out. Have to see how the 2nd half plays out though.
  8. Was it him that was on the receiving end of the tackle up there last season that JWP should have been sent off for?
  9. Half time. Meh, we're not losing, but we've been much the better team really. An on-form Redmond would have scored at least one of those chances. If this was a boxing match we would be ahead on points. We just have to wait for the Shelvey sucker punch - I'm going for 63 minutes.
  10. Bad tackle by JWP. Maybe that's why he doesn't usually bother!
  11. Do black and white TVs even exist any more?
  12. Yeah he's not really been in the game today. Would think about replacing him with Boufal at HT, because Newcastle are there to be got at.
  13. How in the hell did Cedric get beaten there?
  14. He's one of the most unintelligent players I've ever seen in a Saints shirt.
  15. Cedric getting in Ings' way there and blocking him off.
  16. Norwich winning. Not so good news.
  17. Saint Maximin looks like he's hobbling a bit.
  18. Good chance there. Redmond could have taken another touch IMO.
  19. NHS patient data given away to Amazon, for free: https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/amazon-ready-to-cash-in-on-free-access-to-nhs-data-bbzp52n5m# Anyone still convinced the NHS is safe under the Tories?
  20. Just watched the highlights again to check if there was another player on the outside that Cedric was covering, and there wasn't. His positioning for that goal was dreadful.
  21. It was Everton.
  22. It was a clear shove, but the replay showed his fall was overly-dramatic and not proportionate to the force of the push. I think that's probably why it wasn't given.
  23. Yes, Labour still has questions to answer. But if you're so determined to stamp antisemitism out of British politics then why have you so far remained completely silent about the fact that last week Theresa May unveiled a statue of Nancy Astor - a Nazi supporter who once proclaimed that "Hitler could be the answer to the Jewish problem"? Where is your faux outrage about that? Can you even imagine how much of a field day the media would be having if Corbyn had shown support for this? He would be getting absolutely slaughtered from all sides for it, by a right-wing dominated media who are hell-bent on stopping him at all costs. Can you really not see how obvious it is that the level of criticism he has received over this issue is a direct result of his support for Palestinian rights? There's video footage (from well before 2015) of a former Israeli government minister openly admitting that they frequently use false accusations of antisemitism against other politicians as a means to deflect criticism of their inhumane treatment of the Palestinians. Add in the fact that the JLM - who have been the most vocal about the issue - was essentially dormant up until Corbyn's election, at which time it was re-activated by a group of people with direct links to the Israeli embassy, and you can see a clear pattern emerging. Like I said from the very beginning of this 'crisis' - if anyone is combating antisemitism in Labour, but ignoring it everywhere else, then they're not really combating antisemitism at all, they're actually just a c*nt who is cynically using it as a political weapon. In so doing, they are actually insulting the Jewish community and making them less safe, because it increases the chances of the 'Boy Who Cried Wolf' factor. You make no secret of your dislike of Corbyn, and there are plenty of valid reasons why he deserves criticism. But whenever the AS issue rears its head in the media again, you just love to stick the boot into him over it. You can't help yourself. And you are so blinded by your pre-existing bias against him, you are utterly incapable of recognising that the massively disproportionate level of media coverage this issue has received since he became leader is entirely politically motivated.
  24. While I'm sure he couldn't do any worse than Cedric, I don't think we should be playing Che at RB
  25. Maybe he needs another 'Pep' talk
