Chez, agreed but at this EXACT POINT IN TIME we cannot afford to carry players through those spells - we don't have the time. The fact that effort is different than form seems to be lost on some.

Did anyone tell Askham to GO FORTH??
Channon's Sideburns replied to Channon's Sideburns's topic in The Saints
Oh really??? Would love Lawrie to confirm that one - wasn't Alan Woodford Chairman at that time? Guy Askham, the football visionary that got rid of Chris Nicholl and replaced him with Ian Branfoot? The Guy Askham who led the reverse takeover that brought in Lowe and no investment, but strangely enough, as was shown on Panorama, led to him making a tidy sum from minimal investment? Or the Guy Askham who with others took old SFC shares for a pittance and sold them for a fortune? Or the Guy Askham who supported Lowe's methods, idealology and yet still doesn't have the humility to realise he's not wanted here... You understand the hatred now then??? -
I stayed all game, but I'm adult enough to see why some chose to leave. There may also have been some other valid reasons for them going early. All this 'I'm a better fan than you' crap is a load of ********. We're all on the same side - some who chanted need to grow up... No wonder the country's going down the foooking toilet.

Had to laugh, the Scots are really starting to lay into him lately.....especially after the rumours on 606 are that he allowed Ferguson and McGregor to start drinking at 2am in the team hotel...only for them to still be drinking at noon... Hmmm.. pre-season reminders for anyone??? Don't think he'll be there much longer - good bit of business that.

What a shame...Burley missed out....
-
Does her dad own a brewery......... (Kevin 'Bloody' Wilson if anyone doesn't remember..)
-
Glenn Hoddle - intrinsictly linked to Lowe, poor record apart from Swindon, ignored MLT at his peak whilst England manager (hat-trick in B Team anyone?), mates with Lowe, his Academy was probably one of the reasons Lowe went down the 'Youth Route', Diamond Lights, Shredded Wheat advert playing happy families, Eileen Drewery....need I go on???

Think she was mentioned on another thread yesterday....on there it was said she lived in or around Winchester and Everton had approached her previously... Perhaps we could have Heineken on the shirts instead of FlyBe next year - at least the beer would improve at St Marys....
-
He had no-one man marking him yesterday, in fact he had acres of space to utilise - how about he actually moved his ar$e and shouted for the ball instead of building crop circles when deciding NOT to put his foot in?????? It's the praise he had earlier in the season which has turned him into the 'guff' player. Perhaps as a professional he should spend less time in pubs and clubs and more time getting match fit on our wonderful training pitches - or is that too much to ask?? There was a 'lack of trying' yesterday - the only effort he made was when he was subbed - McGoldrick put in more effort than him and Skacel combined. At the start of the season the anticipation when he got the ball was like watching MLT - now it's like watching Stuart Ripley, and waiting to see how long he'll have it before he loses it..... My club is dying on its ar$e and I would give blood for this club in that shirt - would he?? Sorry Hopkins, but the wrong fuse was lit with that post then...

Seeing as FlyBe were not impressed with being told about Admin by the press and not the club, I'm not surprised...they also clearly state that stories about Dyer, BWP and McGoldrick have been a influence in their thoughts.. So, basically, Lowe has foooked them off with how he has run the business...which in turn reflects on FlyBe. TBH If I was the sponsor and found out via the Media rather than the club, I'd be fed up too.

Cheers Klaus - simple....drop him now. We've been carrying him when he's played for weeks.

Cheap Baseball Caps in Sports Soccer?

Wotte is currently part of the problem, but the real reason we are in the kaka is because our players aren't collectively good enough. Lawrie always said you needed Roadsweepers and Violinists in your team - we have a couple of fiddle players and a lot of Litter Pickers. Didn't think I'd ever say this but put Licka, Idiakez, Ostlund and Jermaine Wright in this current side and we'd look like foooking Brazil.
-
Fulham? Well if that's true don't play him again this season. Ungrateful little $h1te..there were 27,000 others in there yesterday, man and boy, woman and girl that would have put more effort in.
-
Otts..do you mean Mick Harford? Ray Harford isn't really in a position to help us right now (RIP) - although possibly still has more tactical awareness than Wotte....
-
What about his impact last season? Looked fresh, eager, fit and refreshing. Could be the impact of Rupey's Wonderful Dutch Revolution - I said in October time that all of the 'bigging up' of these players was affecting their performance...hopefully looking at the league table will make them smell the coffee..... BTW, seeing as Euell and Davis deferred their wages so the youngsters could be paid, I bet they are wishing they reconsidered after yesterday - should be the other way around... Youngsters giving up their salaries to those who actually give a sh1t.
-
In fact you could say the same about Surman - since they both joined up with the U21's and had, probably, cosy little chats with teammates playing in the Prem, their heads were turned, they thought they could sit back and wait for offers (sadly that will probably still happen regardless of their lack of application lately) and have been overall ineffective since. I know AS is a supporter but you would have thought yesterday would have been his chance to lead from the front for the fans. Lallana looked lightweight, unprepared and unfit...reminded me of one of Burley's.
-
Saw Jeremie Aliadiere and Joe Cole on there...well done fellas!
-
Perhaps that's why they are drinking in Bournemouth then..
-
...and I think the collective of Albert's Gang would have performed better than most on the pitch..
-
Did you see his interview on MOTD last night...made it PERFECTLY clear he wasn't going to be at StJames Park next season 'supposedly' back as a pundit.... Ahem...would be the most perfect way to start a new regime.... Shearer and Dowie, ex-Saints, both pundits on the BBC..... Davies Frost Motty Next we'll be having Nick Girdler as first team coach!
-
I did think it was Primus, apologies to Youga - funny thing was he seemed to play like him as well... Mind you, Primus would be a welcome addition to our back four at the moment.... Can we get Johnny Viafara back please???
-
On the lash with Surman and Pulis in Bournemouth most Thursday nights I was told last week. Just repeating what I was told - they have been seen on a regular basis like this. Would fit in with their lacklustre performances recently - alcohol and professional sport do not mix well.
