That's the thing none of us expect to win every game and anyone that comes in needs to be given a reasonable amount of time but we need to see some evidence that Tonda could be the right fit and I really dont think he is. After the initial run of four wins we have been really poor overall and that wouldn't be so bad if performances were good and in game tactics and management was sound or players has started performing better under him but they haven't! All in all I can't see that he is the "manager" to get the club back on track but then who is????

So someone that is happy to be a SR yes man for the time being? I'm not at the like him stage yet as he seems so distant and guarded in interviews rarely showing more depth to the personality seems another serious bloke ala will still. That is the ultimate issue any manager that comes here it seems isn't allowed to manage in the sense of the word and that will never ever work out so SR need to change the philosophy or we will continue to have a rotating door of managers.

Does this mean we don't have to pay either of these clowns compensation? What was the point in the whole experiment? for SR to see if we already had a genius manager within the ranks that could get them out of jail? 😂

Definitely time to go but I guess it would change nothing this season.... Certainly don't want him here next season though! He probably will be knowing SR!

Weird how five games isn't enough to decide a managers fate but apparently it is enough for them to get hired.... as good as the four wins in a row was it didn't prove anything.... Tonda has such enthusiasm. For the team hugely dynamic and likeable.... Wow tonda two different games in your head.. How come we always end up with the losing version?

It's pretty obvious Tonda Is here to stay for the rest of this season but he best not be here next season.....bar him suddenly achieving the greatest turn around in form and tactics we have ever seen.... Which isn't looking likely... He looks like another Sport Republic dud that got lucky for four or five games and they mistook it for talent!

Sport Republic should be no where near running any football club that's for sure... They just limp from one disaterous decision to another! Seems the people making major decisions at the club have zero insight or experience in the football world! and Unfortunately we are stuck with them so the cycle will continue. We can't remove them but we can and should be making it more difficult for them!

He signed for 18 months so there's a chance he will be, they aren't just going to freely admit theyve fucked up yet again.... Their hand might be forced though if we keep sliding down the table
