He's got some good ideas and certainly won't stand for underperforming players he is young and hungry for more success... It's either a master stroke or another serious misjudgedment. Noone is going to turn an unfit team with an inground losing mentality and an poor attitude overnight we need to give him time 15 games or so before we judge... It is a gamble whatever way you look at it but maybe we need to be bold who knows! .... The only thing that im not too keen on is insisting his brothers get roles... I get good vibes that still will not tolerate under performing players... Sullemana is a prime example of ability not reaching it's performance potential, he has the ability but not the work ethic or footballing brain....
