Tonda might be the "power of dreams" But he could also quickly turn into the power of nightmares especially if it's another long term contract.... The sensible thing would to be interim manager for the rest of the season do well and you will be made permananly next season with a bonus!

We need to be,clever here (but not too clever SR take note) and keep him as interim manager on the basis that if he continues to do well for the rest of this season he gets the job permanently next season.... Incentives 😂 we all know we will start losing the games the second he is appointed permanently!.

True to a certain extent but I very much doubt this turn around will be permanent we are still saints after all! Tbf though whatever tonda had said to them has worked maybe our players need someone they are a little scared of instead of a manager that's a friend!

I was skeptical about Eckhart but he deserves a chance on a short term contract for the rest of this season.... I just hope we don't appoint him permanently and this upturn in form turns to shit again as is the saints way! ... It is a gamble but one worth persuing if it's a short term contract!

I think the danger is they may decide to stick with Tonda for the rest of this season as they will see anything above the relegation zone as positive and if it works out it's a low cost option and we know how they love a low cost option!

Seen enough today to see that we will be alright if we can get a striker a new goalkeeper and a no nonsense manager with some. Tactical nous! It's a bloody big if though with SR in charge!!!
