We need to scrap the possession based football model all together in my opinion and get someone in with a more balanced overall approach to games where we concentrate on possession only some of the time basically someone who can adapt and mix the game up when needed and can React to things that happen in the game with the correct subs, someone who values winning the game over merely looking like the team can pass it around

In my opinion he has to deliver a win at Everton or he should be out of the club ten games without a win is lunacy and 1 point from 30 is laughable to continue with I don't think the owners see it that way at all though and for Russ to be so cocksure his job is safe he must have been given reassurances, they have obviously accepted we are going straight back down.

Apart from archer hitting the crossbar every time we half managed to get near their goal area it ended up straight back with Ramsgate within five seconds!.... Impressive!

It's clear with our owners that Martin is here for the season whatever the results.... And no obviously I didn't expect to beat city today but its still one point in 27! How can they justify that? And saying we were better defensively today (which we were apart from their goal) and avoided a hammering is just papering over the cracks
