heart = A battling draw head = another three nil defeat at least
-
I do for a good 75% of the blame, it was clear that he came to us on the rebound his heart and head wasn't at saints, if truth be told he couldn't give a flying fook about us it was all about doing the one thing that would hurt pompey and mandric the most
-
you can bet your life if lowe does eventually hit the panic button and get rid of his dutch puppet it will be announced as a "mutual agreement";) rather than a sacking
-
I almost forgot about gray, Lowe's appointed so many disasters over the years the only one he ever got right was wee gordon strachan
-
that actually sounds much better, what are the chances of jan going for this though?
-
we hear desperate rallying calls every other month at this club! the previous ones by wotton and surman, euell ect worked wonders didn't they? the rallying should take place on the pitch you can say more on the pitch than these cheap statements ever will. Not saying that svensons didn't have deep sentiment though
-
Surely the first person to motivate the team should be him?
-
Man this reeks of desperation from lowe and the board, lets wheel out the club captain for a morale boost, if indeed the team is 100% committed as the article says, then why do we need these rallying calls? it only goes as further evidence that the manager can't motivate his team and needs someone else to issue the team talks :smt101

so so true
-
C I'm afraid, even jan knows he hasn't got a clue, the people who think he is the man to lead the club forward are deluded, however he is a nice guy, a nice guy that's been led by lowe to certain career humiliation.
-
careful now!! you sound like your from pompey!
-
I'm not saying crouch didn't make his mistakes yes he probably was guilty of overspending, but having contacts that work for him, I can honestly say the man is 100% saints through and through he is a real fan, he firmly believed things were going to work out with nigel, we had someone that the players were starting to show real respect for and he seemed to be able to get the best out of mediocre players, survival on the last day severely against the odds should have been our springboard to get on the right track this season and I firmly believe we would have done had he been given the chance. Personally I feel not sticking with pearson is as big a mistake as appointing wigley, and as most people point out this latest fook up will have the biggest consequences by far :smt102

I guess we just have to hope he will as there won't be any replacement. Will lowe admit he's made a big mistake or use poorvliet as his personal scapegoat?
-
I would have got rid of skacel personally, rather keep the proven goal scorer
-
sense, as in the numerous times he claimed to have just gotten off the phone from talking to lowe you mean? chorley was/is a serial liar
-
this bit worries me the most, is this a definite fact or just an assumption?
-
Yes maybe but in reality there is as much chance of a mass boycott as lowe announcing he is not fit to run the club and donating 10m to help our plight, never gonna happen in significant enough numbers, it would take virtually an empty stadium for them to take any notice
-
nice sentiment but lowe is here for the foreseeable future now, FACT and there is nothing we can do about it imo
-
I think the players were just starting to bond with pearson before he was booted out, I think they are struggling to relate to poorvliets way of playing and the culture/language clash isn't doing any favors. I somewhat feel that they sense he is not the right man for us and have no confidence in his methods
-
If not, why not? Thoughts..........
-
the way things are going it should be just Lowe on his own sat in the stands counting his money
-
the players have given up too though by the sound of it
-
radio says only one shot on goal for us
