Idiot! everybody knows that fact means in my opinion, when I think that all that matters is my opinion so you should too. Ergo it becomes fact or it bloody well should do anyway as I am all that matters. -
Whatever the outfield players wear, the goalkeeper top should be orange.

Why do people quote the first paragraph and not the second to support their comment? When they are both together you will see my comment wasnt criticising anyone for not being normal. It was a tongue in cheek response to turkish who said fans should go in fancy dress as a normal person. What a bunch of weirdos. -

Do you mean the real fans are normal or the real fans are going? If it is the real fans are going then it misses the point. That being that 'normal' people don't do what us football fans do i.e travel up and down the country in all weather. 'Normal' people watch Xfactor and follow their wife round large department stores. -

Once again you ask the impossible Turkish. What normal people are going to travel 6 hours (probably in the rain) to a grubby northern town that even Newcastle looks down on, to watch a group of highly paid men they have never met kick a ball around for 90 minutes. All the while living in fear that they might sing the wrong song, at the wrong time and be ridiculed on an Internet forum they pay for the privilege to use? Let's face it, non of us are normal. Normal at my age is walking round Ikea with the wife and then going for an over priced coffee, all the while comparing said over priced coffee with different shops over priced coffee. I'd rather die than do that. -

Last away game of the season, shouldn't it be fancy dress? I've got this Captain America outfit that I've been dying to wear. -
Will you stop mentioning me child, it's starting to become an obsession. That was my point though, anyone who takes it too seriously has just fallen into the trap the troll wanted. On one hand you have Turkish can be funny and does a lot of it for a wind up but then he has a group of followers who support his argument but in a more serious manner, each less funny than the last. On the other, you have a load of mongs who fall for the bait and seriously worry about what other people are thinking of them sitting there in their jesters hat. To use the music analogy again, some people will like steps and wear bright yellow sleeveless tops others will like Oasis/Kasabian and dress like a Paul Weller tribute act. Worrying about either one makes you a bigger knob than either of them.

Add to that list, what time people arrive/leave, what they drink, if they eat at a non regulated meal time. To be fair, a lot of the time it is just Turkish and he is doing it just for a bit of a laugh and or reaction (he must be surely?). It's the muppets that take it seriously that are embarrassing.

To be fair Henderskate looked upset at the abuse he got when we played at their place. He can still be seen moaning about it to John Carew on the bench at West Ham.

My favourite is when fat middle aged me shout "you fat B@stard" when a skinny keeper takes a goal kick. Hilarious!
