Having had a quick look through you can get some decent places for the £175k mark. I used to live right near here and these houses are spot on for the money. Decent size and well built and the area is fine. Bishops Waltham removals did us, £1200 and worth every penny when you think it was about £600 to hire a 7.5t lorry then looking at £200 or so in diesel. They Arrived at 10am Friday morning, cleared the house in two hours and delivered the stuff to our place in Harrogate at 8am the next morning, put everything in the right rooms and were gone by 10am.
