You have to be world class at running, rowing, gymnastics, weight lifting jus to qualify for the final. The fittest guy in my gym didn’t even make the top 25% in the UK. She trains at CrossFit Southampton. I hope the city recognises her incredible achievement which to win once is phenomenal to do it 3 years in a row in super human
