Just to be clear, all i've asked Sog for is the link to a post he claimed he saw where someone was talking about me on another forum. I looked couldn't find it, he said he saw it the other day. It's been 3 days and he's not provided it. That isn't bullying.

Oh yeah, im still hugely in favour. He's done a good job in the circumstances, clear defensive issues need to be fixed, definitely away from home we should be starting Charles and Downes in midfield to make us more solid. I know he wants us to dominate the ball but teams will sit back and hit us on the break so need to make sure the back door is shut rather than everyone charging forwards like U8s

Oh i agree with you there. Holgate had a mare, the full backs lost their man, Bazunu could have done better with 3 of them at least. But the tactic of run fast directly through the midfield into a wide open space or lump the ball into the back post isn't exactly Guardiola level.

Gillingham was poor too but I’m not too concerned about that. We weren’t going to win the competition so he did the right thing to try a few fringe players out. Sunderland thought was a real concern. He has one of the best squads in the division with players it seems he chose so let’s hope he can sort out the obvious issues

I used to be quite friendly with the management at La Lupa in town when he was here. He was a regular there in those days. "supposedly" there wasn't much wrong with his knee, he just hated it here and never wanted to join. His agent told him he'd be set for life if he came here for a year. that was the plan but it never worked out like that. Me and Da Boyz went through a stage of doing that down at Prague Junction in Fareham on a thursday night. If you want to test yourself as an example of what we get up into try these workouts Helen 3 rounds for time of 400 metre run 21 Kettle bell swings (24kg kettlebell) 12 pull ups Grace For time - 30 clean and jerks at 60kg bar bell DT 5 rounds for time with 70kg bar bell 12 deadlifts 9 hanging power cleans 6 clean and jerks Cindy As many rounds as possible in 20 mins 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats or if you like running Murph (we do this once a year as respect to fallen soldiers) 1 mile run 100 pull ups 200 press ups 300 squats 1 mile run

To be fair, she did recommend a book for Sog, about a silly young girl that got stuck in a cupboard, cant remember the name of it but she said that fella Soggy would think it was comedy.
