  1. Why would he? He’s having a great time playing every week, scoring in a winning team with a good chance of winning something.

Went out for dinner, had two lime and sodas then a morretti with my dinner. That was all. Everyone else must have had 4-5 each. I drove which was happy to do and offered to do so and honestly after the first couple of sips of the beer could have taken or left it. I’m up ready to go to the gym, missus T still in bed as she had another one when we got home. Out again this evening with some other friends and kids, I’ll drive again and probably won’t even bother with one this time. next week is going to be challenging as in the US for work all week. These things are typically quite boozy.
  3. Be plenty of fans doing that if things don’t get better
  4. Why are we so obsessed with left wingers? Even got one running the show now.

Me too, i had 4 wines over two days last weekend, but that's been in. Also been eating better saw a nutritionist 3 weeks ago and she told me where i am going wrong, not enough carbs and protein and not eating enough to support exercise so not recovering properly, she upped my calories by about 400 a day and changed macros I feel so much better and it two weeks despite eating a fair bit more have lost 1.5 kilos. Just back from the gym for a lunchtime crossfit class and felt like superman today.
  6. A lot of similarities. Endlessly negative, if there is a list of players we could be in for always suggesting the one which is the most unrealistic as the one we have to get, only appears on a match day when we lose. alpine was funny though, his threads were good. My favourite post was when he put some utter bollocks on then tried to pretend his kid had logged into his account and posted it whilst he had gone down downstairs

Someone i know has been to doctors over the last six months suffering from all sorts of illnesses, fatigue, has taken loads of time of sick and is currently on a work sabbatical for two months to work on their mental health. The person claims to be exercising regularly (walking or jogging slowly) and eating healthily but also claims to have no energy to go to the gym and generally always feels unwell so there must be something seriously wrong with them. The doctor has put them on several pills of some description. I have recently discovered i have access to this persons myfitnesspal diary so i had a little stalk last night. Now unless this person is putting fake information into what they think is a private diary this person appears to be drinking 4-6 cans of stella per day, more on a weekend, a typical food diary for the day consists of a couple of slices of white bread with butter for lunch, maybe a small salad and a relatively normal tea, chicken, tuna with a few sides however they are typically getting about 1600 calories with about half it coming from cans of stella. Now two points here, is this person so seriously thick that they cant see what the issue is? Secondly WTF is the doctor doing putting them straight on pills when someone like me, who has a reasonable idea about health and fitness but not a healthcare professional can easily see what the issue is?
  8. Where has this mantra that Dragon has put more in as well? I saw something that said there had been an additional £8m put in to cover operational costs, unless i've missed something that's a huge injection of cash to fund a new striker.
  9. How are they in Austria pal?
  10. I remember when i was a kid must have been about 8 or 9 and i was with my dad queuing for fish and chips at Mikes chippy at the Castle. When in walked one Danny Wallace, my dad said to me that it was Danny Wallace, i didn't believe him and it was only when we got to the counter that the lady serving us confirmed it was indeed Danny Wallace and gave me a pen and a bit of chip paper to get his autograph. I still have it in a scrap book somewhere along with a load of other autographs and signed pictures from that era, Mark Wright, Kevin Moore, Steve Moran, David Armstrong, Rod Wallace, Matt Le Tiss, Chris Nicholl, Kerry Dixon and Alan Smith from when they both played at the Dell, Mark Nicholas, Robin and Chris Smith, Paul Terry from Hampshire cricket plus quite a few more. Quite a walk down memory lane.
  11. When you were Alpine Saint it was binge eating to control your depression. Hope the booze hasn’t taken over

It's mad, a couple of youtubers promote it. It's meant to be a health drink i've let him have some because there's hardly any sugar or caffeine in it. Unlike something like lucozade which is full of sugar and the sugar free one is stuffed full of caffeine. Been reports of people fighting in shops to get their hands on some of it. Had a swig of his earlier, just tastes like a strawberry cordial to me, £2 a frigging bottle FFS
  14. Sounds like social care is even more fucked. A friend of mine is fairly senior in the local NHS, he said of 300 beds in his hospital 100 of them are taken up by people who should be in social care.
  15. Yet you as well as I have both been previously labelled on here as racist, right wing, Trump supporting Tommy Robinson fan boys?
  16. aintforever once boldy claimed he'd be quite happy to pay more tax. I'm sure there will be other likeminded people who will put themselves forward.

Not booze related but anyone elses kids going mad for this prime stuff? Son has been banging on about it for weeks at his football last night about 7 or 8 kids turned up with it. Went to the shop after and sold out, just been again and they had an overnight delivery and only about 20 bottles left restricting sales to 3 per person.
  18. This isn't true, you dont know anyone in the real world.
  19. wonder if he can use his family contacts to get us a better kit maker?
  20. So Wood to Forest, Ings to West Ham. Both or our relegation rivals bag themselves proven premier league goalscorers.
  21. £12m, we should be all over that.
  22. Remember the first time I saw him play, Man United had a star striker and he marked him out the game Frank Mapleton never got a kick that day
  23. Even got a team historian with Duncan Holly
  24. We’re going to have so many left wingers we’re going to appoint Jeremy Corbyn as manager
  25. Is that your pet name for it? Interesting….
