There is a cycle to pretty much all aintforevers posting. He'll wade into a topic not fully understanding it trying to make some feeble point. When he gets pulled up on it he'll claim he was pointing something very important but everyone else was too thick to realise it. He'll then get shown up for being a bellend and competely missing the point of the comment he was responding to he'll get all angry accusing everyone who doesn't agree with him of being really really thick. It's very, very amusing.

I've just read a book called "in Defence of food" by Micheal Pollen. Its probably the most unbiased book i've read about diet and food. It's a very interesting look at how western diets have changed over thelastg 100 years and how the mass production of processed food is killing us. The rule are very simple, real foods, not too much, mostly plants. No need for expensive plans, complex or fad diets or becoming a vegan, keto. everything he said made perfect sense.

I’m sure I read somewhere that 10% of that 50 billion could come from the windfall tax alone.

Saints 1-4 Newcastle - Match Thread
Turkish replied to Ivan Katalinic's 'tache's topic in The Saints
It is and that is probably the best line up we can put out right now. However we generally look pretty crap with 3/5 at the back which is quite an achievement. -
He was doing that to me all the time as well. Plus he usually posts his emojis within minutes of Bad Wolf posting on here, i am sure its just coincidence though.

I dont think there is much between Salisu and Caleta-Car, from what we've seen ABK is the best of the 3. Caleta-Car could end up being the new Fonte, a bit older and experienced and we partner him with a younger player who has a higher ceiling. It's a good problem to have, certainly a huge upgrade from relying on the likes of Bednarek, Stephens, Yoshida and Verstergaard for the last few years. -

Who do you leave out, Salisu or Caleta-Carr? im not sure either of them have done much wrong, but ABK has been our best defender this season. -

It should be easy. Howe is useless, gets teams relegated and cant spend money. Ralph will be able to deliver him a lesson in management. I'm buzzing to see how much Matt Targett has regressed since leaving Saints and Ralphs careful guidance. -
insane numbers isn't it and it's been that way for these companies all year, Shell just announced $9b profit, earlier this year they announced Q1 profits of $8b. Eon i think announced $4b. Their snouts are all in the trough whilst people have to decided to eat or turn the gas on. Shameful

He acts like one all year anyway

None the wiser as to what? Do you not think Adams should have scored one of his chances yesterday and also his miss against wolves was horrific?
-
Just even a competent striker. Adams had two big chances and put them both straight at the keeper. He’s got to be scoring one of those. It’s a shame because he’s all round play is good, he gets himself into the positions but usually misses. He should really have had at least another 3 or 4 this season already. Which would have given us all they 3-6 points.
-
4 in 25 17 points from 25. Over a season 25 points. On course to finish bottom Pellegrino also 4 in his last 25, but 23 points from 25. Over a season 34 points.

We are smarter than that

We should just be glad to get to play at Anfield. It’s an honour for us to be in the same league as them. We have no right to be there. Ralph is a genius for keeping us in this league
-
Really? He’s proper annoying. Always nice to see Liverpool lose, we wouldn’t get a result like that, Adams who smash it straight at the keeper or the chance would fall to Elyanoussi who would control ot and pass backwards
-
We should just stop being arrogant
-
We need to know how the biggest club in our group is getting on, we might get some of their players on loan 🙏🏼

Wasn’t that the thinking about this run of games? Tough start but a decent run of winnable fixtures after the first 6. That’s not worked out well. Awful performances today, Villa, wolves, Everton, even our win at bouremouth we were crap
