The basic rules really are if it’s got a list of ingredients on the wrapper don’t eat it, if it’s got adverts of TV don’t eat it, if it’s made by people in factories, don’t eat it and follow the basic principles of meat, veg, nuts seeds, some fruit, some starch and no sugar. It no coincidence that people in the places with the highest life expectancy do this.
