Lovren, Yoshida, Forren and Fonte would be an ok set of CBs barring major injuries. A lot depends on Forren though. If he is a flop another one would be good.

NC usually does decent deals and hasnt had a problem of attracting good players to the club. Would be suprised if a player chose Cardiff or Stoke ahead of us. Liverpool, Spurs etc are a different proposition. Expect there is some way to go in this one.

Same day his article in the Star says we have bid 15m for Nainggolan (who earlier this week he told people was a flying winger) he "has been told" we have no interest in him. Would have been handy to know that before saying we have bid for him really. People are hanging off his every word when the reality is he knows little more than we do.

In fact, this morning his story in the Star was that we had bid 15m for Nainggolan and then an hour ago he "understood" we had no interest in him. Just don't want people to be taken in by him.

Is this guy for real? Keeps posting on Twitter that he has been "told" this or that he "understands" that. Now saying he has been "told" we aren't interested in Nainggolan. Earlier in the week he thought he was a pacy winger. Said days before we signed Lovren that there would be no signings until July. This week he has had an absolute nightmare, pretty clear he has no sources and is just spouting whatever the other reports are at that time. Genuinely a bit concerned for the lad's welfare.

If he wants to go to Turkey for the money then fair play to him. I don't blame the guy for looking at the options he has, Cork did the same before he came to us.
