Its normal. He was playing some Kenyan Intls so will be later back, just like Clyne, JWP, Gaston and Maya will be for us.

Would rather have a simple but smart plain red Nike design like the Eng away kit rather than red with some white blocks on it like that Tyro template. Its terrible as a shirt regardless of colours.

Its about the fan not the club. There are proper fans at every club and loads who aren't.

Yes, his quotes indicate that Celtic's preference is also to sell to us because our offer is highest which makes sense. Thats probably why we won't panick until another club offers what we have. No sense in Celtic accepting an offer that is lower than ours.

We must either have other targets for this position, or will go back in for him with a better offer down the line. Afterall, we must like him to offer 12m, especially if this is the best offer Celtic have had.

There aren't many, and the ones that exist are hugely overpriced and the affordable ones completely unproven. Lets remember we would be signing Wanyama with CL experience for less than Henderson and Allen cost Liverpool, less than Andy Carroll, Gareth Barry, Wilfried Zaha who has only played in the Championship and approx 8m less than Wigan want for James McCarthy who would be well pushed to get into our team!

The logo looks crap whatever it is, can't see that it makes much difference being aap3. End of the day, its a kit, it changes every year anyway and you always get used to them.

So if we know what the player wants we would hardly have continued to talk to Celtic and agree a fee if we had no intention of paying him well. Its just ones of these transfer sagas. Right now I reckon it won't happen but if it does then great. Wanyama clearly waiting for a more illustrious team to bid.

Just ruins any credibility by commenting on absolutely evert Twitter rumour. There was one made up by one of those Saintsfan twitter jerks saying Ramirez had handed in a transfer request and he was saying he "understood" that was not the case. It wasn't even a credible rumour FFS. His job is to turn up at the press conferences, write down what the manager and player say and then produce a newspaper report of it for those who don't read the OS or watch Saints Player. He is trying to come across like he is well connected but he isn't. Of course some rumours will come off, but many like the Chelsea one above will have been "understood" incorrectly.

Key part of the BBC Scotland report is that his reps are in talks rather than the talks have ended. Im sure the BBC Scotland Senior Football Reporter has a good line into Celtic and would have a fairly accurate idea of where it is. Clearly there is other interest so we need to make an offer that makes him want to come here now rather than sit and wait it out.
