Decent player but not good enough for our first team at the moment. Would imagine there are some Japanese teams keen on him, or some eastern Europeans like BATE Borisov or FC Cluj who can offer European football but in a weaker league. Lee has been unlucky with injuries but he isnt a wide player and its hard to see him get ahead of RL, JR or Mayuka bar a huge injury crisis. Would imagine the Janaury period will be key for him as we will have at least one FA Cup game and Mayuka will be at the ACON so he might have more of a look in.

Agree - I think within the lineup we have now with Gaston playing just off Rickie and occassionally going a bit more direct it really suits him. I could understand NA's rational before, as JR is more mobile, and we didnt have Gaston available, but now RL is settled in the side and playing well - scoring and making goals.

It is completely different. Why people were moaning back then I have no idea, but I guess it shows that there are always moaners no matter how well the club is doing on the pitch. When I found the thread I did laugh - not least because so many of the contributors are now banned!

Definitely, he had a slightly shaky spell but has been great the last few games.

Very open league this year. Amazing to think players of the class of Lambert, Schneiderlin and Lallana were playing there. Wonder how hard we had to fight to keep them at Saints the summer after we didnt get promoted.

Yeah plus Ifa is primarily a right back I believe - although we obviously one have one Prem quality RB at the club in Clyne.

Loan target for Crawley I have been told. How much of a disappointment has this guy been? Remember his You Tube clips and promising debut but we haven't seen much from him. Not sure he would really stand out in League One either.
