If Lallana is out for say 2months and we don't bring in a winger then we will struggle out wide until the loan window opens. If Pards was lining up a winger then hopefully Cortese goes through with it tomorrow!

Sturrock bought him and then didn't play him. Is miles better than any of their current midfielders. Always wants the ball and tries to be positive. Yes sometimes keeps it too long but rarely gives it away and is always a threat to defences. I like him. Miles better than Holmes, Mills etc and probably Antonio as well.

Ans remember free agents can be signed outside the window. Vassell for example.

Yeah they mentioned the iffy first couple of touches and then seemed to make out he was heavily involved in the passing.

He walked off barely limping according to Solent, its an underlying problem, hopefully they can sort it with minimal loss, a month would be ok I guess. Lets see who our new winger is, might be thrust into the action sooner.

Would be a massive blow to lose him for a long time, IMO he is our best player. Hopefully it will settle down.

He didn't say that. He said he hoped he wouldn't forget the hard work that made him a great player for us last season. Pardew has said on SaintsPlayer that Lambert tries so hard to be the best he can, and I hardly think Lambert is a complacent player. He was injured in pre season and just needs a couple more games to find some form. He will, he is a class act.

Hopefully Lallana not serious, he is probably our best player. Great Lambo and Barney scored, Guly sounded sharp! Happy for Pardew, the guy is a good manager - can't believe the stick he gets, we are obviously a good team, just need to find some consistency and we will move up the table....
