The police were involved and no charges were made but apparently there was an out of court resolution between Bielik and the fan.

Doubt the FA will take the same view 🙂

Let's see what level of leniency the FA show towards Tonda.

Not a good look for Tonda. He seems to lose it and is seen snarling with his face contorted with rage. Can see why he was punished for this.

It has to be today surely especially if it's a lengthy ban. The FA must give us at least the whole of this week to appoint a replacement whether that is a temporary replacement from within the club or a permanent new manager. The way this whole saga has been handled so far I'll not be holding my breath.

Does he not realise that, had it not been for us spying (I use the term spying in the loosest terms possible), they would not have been granted their second chance to appear in the Play-Off Final? Maybe he should address his disappointment to the manager of Boro who resided over a team who put in one of the weakest, most inept performances I've ever seen at Wembley especially considering the magnitude of what was at stake. He could then have given Kim Heldberg something to really cry about.

It was but the Independent Panel decided it was concocted later as a means to get off with the charges. They now hope a new panel will have a different viewpoint. My understanding is that the new panel will consist of very experienced high court judges.

I see the FA have spoken out against Man City following them being found guilty and stated they will step in where appropriate so sounds like they could well get involved.

Big own goal by Burnham and he really should know better.

They used this argument and it was kicked out by the Independent Panel so not sure why they're going with it again. I thought that anything in the original case could not be repeated now and they have to come up with new evidence supporting their grounds in the appeal.
