Your friend is clearly bitter that we failed to roll over and let his team stroll through us unopposed.
-
Lovely goal made all the sweeter by the fact that it shut up Alan Smith constantly drooling over his Arsenal for a few minutes.
-
Why can't you comment on what you've seen first half then again at full time - nothing wrong with that. If you didn't like the first half no reason not to say so, if there was big improvement in the second half then say so at the end. It's smug just to claim people are not entitled to express their views at half time.
-
Much improved second half when we finally decided not to just stand back and admire their pretty football. We got tackles in early and broke in numbers and were probably better than them after the break. Great move for the goal and well finished by Stu. Elyounoussi was brilliant in the second half and had a huge hand in the goal. Brilliant point and great effort from the team.

Could do worse than chucking Edozi on, he couldn't be any poorer than this lot.
-
If Ralph had anything about him as a coach he would tell his players to do exactly what Arsenal are doing - play between the lines. It's not rocket science Ralph, when will you learn!
-
I'd rather have Tella on the wage bill than Walcott tbf
-
Tella scores another.

How shite were Liverpool today? Bet their fans are fuming with that performance after beating City.
-
KWP drop in form looks to have coincided with him being told not to make so many forward runs - he's stopped doing what he's good at and I doubt he'd do that unless it was a directive from Ralph.
-
Are the B-Team shit as well then 🙂
-
Ralph hinted in the press conference that we will not sit back against Arsenal.
-
How long until Lavia's fit? He's been out for nearly 8 weeks now.
-
Whoever goes there is unlikely to select Bednarek unless they have an injury crisis. He'll be back here at the end of the season.
-
Is this from a credible source or just more clickbait?
-
Until Lavia returns I wonder if Lyanco could play a role in front of the back 4. We need a physical presence there and he clearly has a bit of skill on the ball.
-
I think it's too late now for JWP and the odd good game will not sway Southgate who will already have decided not to take him.
-
Are you watching them Not one of our players would get in Fulham's side.
-
Cash getting karma for the penalty he got against Bertrand - just given away an identical one. Very impressed with Fulham tonight - they won't be going down.
-
Might be worth giving him a go in centre midfield 🙂
-
Not been mentioned as far as I'm aware but AMN brought the ball out of defence and played a great ball to Elyounoussi in the build up to Che's goal.

Lavia or anyone else can't play through the lines unless the players looking to receive the ball take up positions between the lines. Not enough of our team do this and it's why we struggle to find the pockets of space the better sides operate in. Lavia was coached at Man City who are masters at playing between the lines. He is a great all round talent and his passing ability means that he will pick out players if they have the nous or they are properly coached to take up positions between the lines of the opposition defensive set up. It shouldn't be beyond the means of Ralph and his coaches to drill this into our players but, until they do, we'll continue with this dire football.

Agree with much of what you say but in all honesty Bournemouth never looked like scoring.
