I reckon if the average fan knew nothing about Pep and then watched one of his interviews they'd probably end up thinking he was as mad as a box of frogs and not cut out for this Premier League management malarky.

The fans had nothing to do with the decision to sack Ralph. If we did then I want my share of his 6.5 million quid a year. Don't remember him ever picking up the phone and asking me about team selection, tactics etc etc.

Good, as far as I could tell he was a complete waste of a salary. Don't remember ever seeing him open his mouth on the touch line.

Yeah, Almiron was clearly a talented footballer but regressed under Steve Bruce. Now look at him under a decent coach like Eddie Howe.

All done to protect their own jobs. Should have been handled by independent representatives not those wishing to feather their own cushy nests.

It's far more than just missing chances. We are a team with no purpose, no shape and no identity. Are you joking? When playing for Coventry Wilson was clearly destined to be a top quality striker with pace, power and a cool head in front of goal.

Play crisp, quick passes with movement off the ball and between the lines and JWP thrives, that is his game. Play the turgid rubbish Ralph coaches and JWP will struggle to impose himself on games.

People laugh at this but I think there is a fair amount of truth in it. Normally he comes across as happy go lucky and is always smiling but that has gone and he looks very troubled lately. I'm convinced he's had it with Ralph and his daft tactics and JWP will improve under a new manager.

I think the best we can hope is to scrape a desperate draw in what will likely be another backs to the wall performance. We'll probably totally ignore the fact that Guimaraes pulls the strings for them and give him the freedom of the park. Ralph mentioned Lavia has a knee problem so not expecting many minutes from him now until after the world cup.

Realistically I think it's 3 from Forest, Wolves, Bmuff and us. Everton and Leeds are marginal but will probably just about be ok. Brentford, Leicester, Palace and West Ham will get enough wins and Villa will be ok under Emery.
