Liquid football. I feel this might be a waste of two hours of my weekend 🙈
-
Stevie G sacked, official
-
Bednarek taken off at half time for villa.
-
Hes got this way of grinding out a result when it really matters. You think he's gone but he's still there holding on, like an unflushable turd.
-
Wow, three points. Overall a pretty horrid performance, but some encouraging signs at least. The game management towards the end was surprisingly good. Che is very important to the team, there's a huge difference when he's playing well. His hold up play is superb. Much needed, well done lads 👍

If any of our players could shoot we'd have won this comfortably
-
Jesus, that was close. Why aren't we wasting time?
-
Are our players fit? Perraud and AMN looked knackered.coming off
-
More subs. Are we bringing on two more left backs?
-
I got excited then when the commentator said it was the first appearance of the season for Sir Ricky 🤣
-
Sub him for Edozie. We are having some success on the break so might as well
-
Even if we win this, it doesn't "feel" like a victory. This is rancid.

Saints fans singing "you don't know what you're doing" and "sacked in the morning"

This is a repeat of the west ham game.
-
That's a huge miss. Same old, do our best to chuck away a lead straight after half time
-
It was off the pitch when he tackled him, not sure how the ref decided they needed the same punishment
-
Same. Are you watching on Peacock too?
-
Simple. Get a clean sheet and we win.
-
Great goal. Elyounoussi got lucky a few times but he kept going. Let's keep it going
-
I can't see passed a 4-3 thriller victory tonight lads. When two finely tuned powerhouse teams like this go head to head, you expect goals.
-
They need to fire Ralph before we hit one of those 6-8 game runs where we look invincible. If he's still here when that happens, then he buys himself another year and we're in this situation again in a few weeks.
-
I agree. The problem is, that he was probably the best midfielder out there today, so dropping him actually makes the team worse (if that's possible).
-
He was much better today. He punching needs work though, it always seems to end up in the areas you don't want it to.
-
Surely he's gone if we get humiliated by Bournemouth. Hopefully he's gone before that, but I won't hold my breath.
-
Slight improvement since the last few games. All of it in the first half, because that second half was awful. Still a point is better than none, but Ralph has shown once again that he doesn't know how to win the midfield battle. Normally Elyounoussi gets a lot of stick, but he was far superior to both AMN and Aribo today. Hopefully that poor show was enough to get Ralph his p45.
