  1. Zidane was decent dont get me wrong but I like my footballers to play like they are at a strip joint, elegance isnt needed 😁
  2. Ok my attempt at a team rather than names, feel these complement each other and would be killers. Schemicial Brehme bonnucci. Van Diljk. Carlos Keane. Kroos Messi. Ronaldinho. Henry Ronaldo (Brazil) This isn't recency bias but I really rate Kroos and van Dijk
  3. Bro no Ronaldinho anywhere !!!!!!! Not read replies so apologies if someone else has mentioned it. If you don't love him you don't love football, prime Ronaldinho at Barca was sick. Also I'm not having ramos, overrated defender but he got goals. Give me any of the juve defenders like bonnuci, chilleni etc
  4. Ronaldinho lobbing seamen over 40yards. Havent seen a performance like it since carnival.
  5. If you guys think archer is 5ft 11 then I've got some magic beans to sell you.
  6. Everyone under 6ft is a dwarf.
  7. Also when people say he can get you goals at this level haven't learnt from the last season. We need players who talent wise shouldn't really be at this level but are undervalued and suited for this type of style of play but could be premier league type players.
  8. Just to muse on Armstrong and the other dwarf we own archer. Honestly I'd be more than happy to move them on, I think to maximise the potential goals we need strikers who have height, pace and physicality. Armstrong is a finisher but doesn't have any or the above and Archer isn't even a finisher. I like Stewart's profile, just hate his injury record, seems like he has a bit of pace, physical and can score if fit and good endurance over a game.
  9. Its like they have found some money down the sofa
  10. Nolan your the MVP this week for informative facts and info. Keep posting
  11. Thanks for the link very interesting, theyve made a decent effort with the analysis.
  12. I think its already been confirmed Juan is back to Gozteppe next season if you want to update the list
  13. I like this pivot from the liverpool transfer window to the ipswich transfer policy
  14. Good post I think a lot of managers are dogmatic to a system, something they feel comfortable with rather than looking at he next match and trying to work out how to win.
  15. Just saw this banter, James Madison showing off his shirt collection in his house and I spotted Jack Stephens one there 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
  16. He's not talking club size he's talking about the football quality. Those teams you mentioned go from no.1 to no.14 in the table this year so i think the quality of mid championship is probably fair.
  17. Sounds like Saintsforever website
  18. This is the dedication i like
  19. When you build your car sometimes you need to have the wheels attached before you get the steering wheel. Honestly I would have Jan, Stephens, THB, ABK, Wood as leavers so would like to see them start leaving to make it more attractive to the defensive leader types you mention. With this signing here we are seeing the inside knowledge of Spors/Leder about Hoffenheim players and this being a quick low hanging fruit high potential player who has played a decent amount of matches in the bundesliga 2, so not a total novice for a cheap price and can compete for a place straightaway. Thinking about CBs and how Still likes 1 of them to press into midfield to disrupt/win balls etc i wonder if that is a role Edwards can do (QPR young player of the year in half a season) given he played there a few times for QPR and was excellent in their match v Leeds, he obviously can play in that congestion.
  20. He's 6ft 5 he must be starving all the time
  21. wheels as well, i love it
  22. I expect Spors to move at speeds we have never seen before from our club or sporting director, he has a lot of work to do. Out just as much as in. There will be only 1 person cooking this summer and it will be Spors
  23. 6f 5in, can play with both feet Strengths: Doesnt Read Saintweb Physical Attributes: He's tall and strong, making him a threat in the air and a tough opponent in the tackle. Versatile: Able to play with both feet, indicating a good level of technical skill. Potential: He is a young player with significant potential, and his loan move to Greuther Fürth provided an opportunity for him to develop his game at a higher level. Areas for Improvement: Experience: While he is physically gifted, his experience at the highest level is still developing, as he is a young player in a competitive environment. Tactical Understanding: He will need to continue developing his tactical understanding and decision-making on the field. Intends to spend all summer on football manager even though they were too lazy to produce one for this year. Expects to cook in the championship
  24. Honestly with the youtube highlights we need actual honest titles Louie Barry 2025 - Aston Villa squad filler - Has been pretty shit for hull but we are trying to get rid of him so the intern cut this video to make him look mustard
