  1. Doubt they'll be promoted. Paul Groves isn't much of a manager, Mitchell doesn't know what he's doing appointing him. He didn't know what he was doing when he handed Lee Bradbury a three year deal only to sack him a few months later.
  2. Did Neil Allen get a good view of it? C*nt.
  3. As for 'Juan' Shaun Derry...
  4. Jonathan Forte has scored. Goal machines!
  5. Anton Ferdinand is cross eyed and Clint Hill hasn't got any knees. I think I genuinely would prefer Jos and Jose.
  6. Lee barnard, barnard!
  7. Not sure you can compare City to QPR but I do take your point and yes as I said, earliest of days. I just think that's a really bad result and that many people have expected far too much of QPR.
  8. Losing 4 - 0 at home to Swansea? Earliest of days but that is a **** poor result given how much they've spent and what people have been predicting.
  9. I was amazed at some of the pre-season predictions for QPR and my scepticism is well founded. 4 - 0 opening day loss so far.
  10. Also it goes beyond that. When they were challenging for promotion, who was running their midfield and keeping goals out at the other end? Surman and Baird. Who was scoring the goals to keep them in League One? David McGoldrick. Who was keeping their grass cut so they could play in the first place? Our groundsmen. All of that and yet we're still hated for no other reason then they're inbred and need someone to hate. They've got Dorchester, Weymouth, hate one of them, not us!
  11. I'm afraid not. A very strange bunch of fans, many of whom are unpleasant, especially so when they found out I was a Southampton fan. Not many nice people to work for within the club, plus they have a small club mentality but talk all billy big b*llcks to the press. The Denim money will come back to haunt them. Maybe even this season.
  12. Their best player is a 'scummer'. I bet they conveniently forget that as easily as they forget the amount of times we helped them out with money, loan signings, groundsmen...
  13. If they all used the pavement space properly, the queue wouldn't go beyond the first car.
  14. I was at Bournemouth in the midst of it. I never once thought they would die out though and sure enough they didn't. Tight knit group of players with a great team spirit and got promoted not long after the mess was sorted out. Stupidly though they could be back in it very soon. Their new investor is far too shady and we all know about Mitchell.
  15. Cheers lads. Might hold off for a bit seeing as I barely have chance to play the bloody thing, but I've got some titles to consider.
  16. Let's be honest though, who else would have walked away? I probably would have. He's getting a **** salary, I wonder how much he's actually made, he deals with nothing but crap, he cannot do anymore.
  17. He'll be hungry too.
  18. It's a gas.
  19. Dunno about that. I've only just got this job after a year unemployed, hence the purchase of the Xbox - I've finally had money to spend. Are you really saying those games are the only ones worth getting? I've heard a lot about Red Dead Redemption for example.
  20. Whilst I agree completely with what Claridge says, it's very easy for him to say it now. Did he actually wonder where the money was coming from at the time? Who knows. But as has been said, I wonder if Neil Allen will be taking notice of Claridge's comments, he's one of their own after all. Allen is an absolute disgrace to my mind. We criticise or criticised the Echo a while ago but at least they aren't as bad as him.
  21. I've just bought one. Any recommendations as far as games go? Not really feeling the whole CoD/Halo/other shoot em up vibe, nor FIFA. I've only got GTAIV so far as I love the GTA series.
  22. I've always said that Lee made a big difference to the side last year. Can't wait to see him back in action. Can still see that goal against Derby and the assist vs Barnsley now.
  23. There was a mention of Drenthe earlier. City and West Ham are eyeing him up.
