Strangely i have done everything in my power to tell him how great we are so that he does not follow other clubs like man utd,chelsea and the fact we live in close proximity to PFC. And i back us to win every game on the prediction league,perhaps that is where i'm going wrong.

Will be taking my 5yr old little boy to the last home game of the season.His first venture to footie,he is already singing OWTSGMI....constantly getting "knock knock....who's there......Owen...... My dad will be with us to. Three generations of us,i will be a very proud dad. Just hope he enjoys it, as i'm sure it will be an expensive day out!

I just want promotion through the leagues,with or without Adkins. Hopefully the playing style will improve along the way.

More importantly,if we fail to go up will the Liebherr family remain at the helm.

If we don't go up there will be a mass exodus of players,only to be replaced by lesser talented ones. Adkins may do better with those players and get them to perform above their ability a'la Scunny. He certainly has not got the best out of the ones currently at his disposal. I feel his shortcomings will be fully exposed next season,if we gain promotion. I will be very curious to see if he can attract the players required to kick us on in the Championship. If we don't succeed in promotion he has failed enormously. Stability is the key,however,i feel we will languish for a considerable time in this league, under his stewardship. Let's hope it does not come to this. He has not lived up to the incredibly high billing layed at his door by many on here when he was appointed. I remain underwhelmed. He will deserve a modicum of praise if he gets us up,but tbh,we should expect nothing less,should we?

Never thought i would say it but i agree with DD also.

Most definately,very disappointing follow on from last season.

I think all was in place for our rise through the leagues. Now we will have mediocrity and i suspect another change in manager.

What a step backwards we have taken. At best we are standing still and lacklustre performances. Limping to promotion will go some way to making amends. What a really smashing day that was,full of optimism for the future,excitement and a dominant footballing side. Very rarely went into a game expecting anything but a win.

There is no comparison between those situations quoted by yourself and ourselves. Every team that gains promotion is entitled to celebrate. Were Man Utd pitted against the equivilant calibre side in there league as we were in ours?,Liverpool,Chelsea and alike. Man City claiming 4th?,and so they should with what they have available,but just like us they have a manager that is questionable in their role of heading up a club that has the resources yet does not fulfill it's potential. Who were our main rivals,both on the pitch and in resources? we were streets ahead of many. Who would've thought it ,Brighton...they have worked wonders,not us. We play poor football,end of. No need for the personal name calling imo,either. My opinion differs from yours,so what?
