this all gives me the impression that Fialka has just stepped into this deal, to replace someone who has dropped out of the original consortium members. Hence so much delay, and that doesn't include the wranglings with the League.

c'mon,he was a nieve,fragile,easily lead human being therefore i think,unwittingly, he became involved in misdemenours with minors. He probably didn't even realise. He was still living his life as a child,and probably saw no wrong in what he was doing.Oblivious springs too mind.
