Exactly. This bloke looked as if it was an act of desperation than a comfortable run of the mill "takeover in progress" kind of deal. He is not only acting on his behalf, but others also. I don't think he could finance the deal himself. He want's it too happen,for the reasons and probably the right reasons, stated in the interview,but i think he is trying to convince others in "his" consortium to complete. I believe there is a "gentlemens" agreement that the whole consortium will be united,but under strict agreements made by them,and that those agreements are being determined by the Football League,and we are still awaiting a conclusive clarification by them. Therefore stalemate.

See,the timing of his "outing" is a weird one,the deal is not in the bag,by far it seems,but it was deemed nesessary for him to come to the forefront to try to allay fears,which were obviously growing especially amongst us riff raff on here,that the deal is still progressing, but he did it in a manner that does not leave me convinced that he is the sole "investor". He came across that he is conveying other persons ideas/plans aswell as his. He maybe the ringmaster but he isn't the single proprieter of this bloody circus.imo.

I was trying to make this point earlier,i'm not convinced that the fella in the spotlight now is the only "moneyman" Yes he maybe the main contributor but i think he has some associates who maybe on the periphery of the deal,that are also willing,and able,to assist.

Lynam on Solent now,appeal may be still on,if the decision was a concrete one why can't we appeal,league raised this issue 2 days ago. They initially said we can appeal. ON SSN NOW....league refuse to change position on accepting Pinnacles' challenge on the -10 points ruling. Pinnacle must not appeal the leagues decision so therefore cannot proceed with takeover until they concede on this matter.

Sky went to the reporter live on air and he stated that he had been briefed by MLT,i believe, that the league will not back down on the 10 point penalty and the the right to appeal would would not be available to whoever takes control at SFC.
