You maybe required to download Sopcast for some,but not really nesessary for Justintv or global3sms.com. Streaming quality can be pot luck at times,constant buffering is a pain,but invariably reasonably good. I personally have found the 2 aforementioned pretty good and cover all matches you could want,a bit trial and error at first and on occasions to which is the best.
