  1. It would appear from the posting from POL that the PST want to renegotiate those agreements.
  2. One of the FL stipulations was that agreed deals with players must be met in full & that PP payments were to be used for that purpose. If the trust is now attempting to get the PFA to rip that up & renegotiate then that is very interesting.
  3. Glad the FL have grown a pair and have given the PST a chance. It's going to be so much fun.
  4. When they stopped paying all the players were released and the training ground left. They've lost a packet.
  5. It means nowt now as no way this will go back to court as BC can say there is another creditable bid. PST is dead, for now.
  6. Only Thrush would think today is a negative.
  7. We've already decided not to renew next season. Too many games moved which means tickets have to be sold on as we can't go. That added to the invertible rise plus my sons own sporting commitments at a weekend means they are no longer value for money. We will do the occasional home game when visiting family and the northern/midland away games regardless of what league we are in.
  8. Looks that way. The language suggests done deal. If PKF cancel the cout case then we know it is.
  9. This does look like a fait accompli.
  10. I've just asked him to clarify if he means ratify the deal or say they have no problem with the deal going ahead.
  11. Now that I'd like to do.
  12. Depends on what you want to do I guess. I'm off to a Centre Parcs in Europe (12 term week) as it's about 1/3 of the price, even when transport is factored in, than the UK.
  13. This is going to get real good now!
  14. Contact North York Saint, name of John. Lad, you'd know the face. Lives in Harrogate.
  15. Does what hurt? Watching your club die a death of a thousand cuts whilst knowing that nothing can halt the slide? If you are one of the skates that thinks winning the cup was worth the decades of pain to come then forgive us whilst we smile at your stupidity.
  16. If they do, they're cu.nts.
  17. To me, the fact that people who believe in talking snakes think it shouldn't happens means that it certainly should.
  18. Talk about OTT. Granted we don't know exactly what happened at every point but I certainly didn't see any lass get chinned for the couple of mins we were wandering past.
  19. I saw plenty but I certainly didn't see any Doris with a little un get smacked but there were plenty trapped between the two sets of lads. Saw plenty of Wigan throwing coins, ripping bits off the bridge and hurling them down and northerners spitting.
  20. The Wigan "lads" and I use that term in the loosest sense, we either on, or over the bridge and the Saints lads on the tow path attempting to get on the bridge. Those caught between them, mainly family types, bore the brunt and many looked very scared. My 10yo was rather confused by it all as well. Personally I think it's rather pathetic taking a firm to Wigan. Hardly a scalp.
  21. He was on a corporate according to his twitter.
  22. The only person I've ever met up here, in 20 odd years, who calls us scummer = Saints is a ex-RN Argyle fan.
  23. Personally I think the chant of scum army is 'kin wa.nk.
  24. It certainly all kicked off with women & kids in between the 2 sets of lads, saw that myself so we swerved off the path and cut across the car park and then back onto the canal path.
