  1. Oh look, corp is on, what a shock. I for one loved watching Arry lose yesterday and I'll enjoy watching Chelski win the final. Doesn't really get any better for us Saints fans, especially knowing what the immediate future holds for the blue few. Pity that there were so many empty seats in the upper tier meaning that the hardcore fans missed it.
  2. Yeah, right. Keep dreaming the dreams nipper but lay off the strong ale, it's doing you no good.
  3. They will all feel that they are fated to win it. This will make their defeat even more painful.
  4. I quite fancied them to win today and part of me is delighted they did so I could see Arry squirming away. They won't beat Chelsea though, who, touch wood, will be on for a double.
  5. He is so please don't quote him so the rest of us don't have to read it.
  6. We'll see. I'm quite confident of accurate.
  7. I can't almost beyond belief that he's actually being courted by the Tories.
  8. Which is why the SNP could hold all of the aces and be in a win/win situation. It's realpolitik for high stakes.
  9. Ummm, no it's not. It's way closer that your LaLa land vison.
  10. I moved back into the public sector(ish) and I've already told the boss we waste way to much money, are to bureaucratic and have far to many non jobs. Most front line staff know this and it's a cull of non jobs and middle and upper management that's required allowing us "workers" to concentrate on doing our jobs.
  11. It's a cu*ts trick.
  12. I know, but they could ensure that Scottish Labour don't campaign against it.
  13. There is now way the Socialist SNP would do a deal with the tories. It would cause ructions north of the wall and lead to them losing power in the Scottish parliament. No way their core vote would support the propping up of a tory government. Sorry Bungle, you are way off the mark on this one.
  14. Imagine the bargain they could drive north of the wall to keep Labour in power south of it? They'd certainly get a referendum on independence. It would be the price of a deal.
  15. Yeah, everthing is fine and dandy. Cooooor, wish we were relegated, 100m in debt, hocked up to the eyeballs, getting rid of everything of value and facing certain relegation again next season. I'd be chuffed to bits.
  16. Don't buy that at all. Unionist right wingers aren't going to do a deal with left wing parties that want to break up said union. SNP and the taffs would be easier bedfellows for Labour.
  17. I got 8/1 in late July which I thought good and Fat Dave and got them at 12/1 in June.
  18. It may be the price (& IMHO will be) that Brown has to pay if it is a hung parliament.
  19. What game were you watching? The game plan was clear. Get it up to RL and the players break off him. We won virtually everything.
  20. They won't want to do it but they would do it but, IMHO, demand Cable be occupy No11.
  21. A right wing Unionist party doing a deal with left wing anti-Union parties?
  22. The fact that the high value loan players are going to be there for another 4 weeks or so is a bonus for us.
  23. Considering he goes on NF rallies and supports the BNP and so is, to all intents and purposes, a racist Nazi the chances are he feels there are too many immigrants as a matter of belief.
  24. There were plenty of empty seats in the upper tier.
  25. No, they haven't. They didn't apply.
