Why the patronising reply? I'm just saying that in my opinion communication between the club and the fans is not very good, many others have expressed the same view certainly about the flag issue. From what I have heard, sfc will have to do more soon as all club will be required to. I hope we improve in this area.

I emailled about the flag and about the availability of the fans forums and asked why they were stopped. I sent three emails and never got a reply.

I don't think that its good enough that a fan should go to all that effort for an answer to a question. I think it's poor communication from the club and is very frustrating. I believe that just mike did try to talk to someone face to face but got nowhere.

The club respond to the fan base when it suits them. See the saga about trying to get an answer over the flag issue and my own questions which went unanswered despite sending more than one email.

If pfc had publicly questioned things in the media or started a boycott or a proper campaign then they could have affected change.
