  1. Lol. It's an internet forum. I'm glad.
  2. The saddest thing is you looked that up. Funny that you never seemed to mention me until I fell out with your friend.
  3. That's a no then.
  4. Or if he possesses different qualities and can be utilised in different games. Or he is at least as good as Harding and anyone with a cheaper price tag was not as good? It's about competition for places and to suggest that his price tag has any bearing on his place in the team is a nonsense.
  5. Never requested threads locked because I disagree with an opinion. Unless you have an example?
  6. Never because I disagree with an opinion.
  7. Good to hear Steve.
  8. Yep, it's a ridiculous thing to say. We have a squad and how much we pay for a player will have no bearing on how likely they are to start.
  9. http://obsoleteskills.wikispot.org/swallowing_your_tongue There we are.
  10. I hope he isn't insinuating that.
  11. Everyone realises this. There would have been no need for that clarification if that fool hadn't waded in again.
  12. And the snub on the OS. Absolutely no need to bring it all up again as things were quieting down. No one is worse than anyone else, they are both responsible for it.
  13. By mentioning Matt here and his snub on the OS previously, he has played his part in 'fuelling the flames.'
  14. So should cortese. He has done exactly the same thing, not just with this article but previously.
  15. I don't think this is true. Besides, butterfield was in attendance.
  16. Are we looking at the degrees of the insults now? Both are equally as bad, but Cortese is the chairman of the club and thus has added responsibility.
  17. If he wasn't bothered about how he came across then he wouldn't have done the interview in the first place.
  18. Nobody is asking for that.
  19. Well the newspaper puts it into a context. If that context is incorrect and he has been misquoted or his quotes used to insinuate something that was incorrect, then if Cortese contacts them they could quite easily print a clarification. Cortese could even print something on the OS if he feels his quotes have been taken out of context. Either he isn't bothered about how he comes across (which seems unlikely seeing as he did the article in the first place) or the article is accurate IMO.
  20. Why would he bother to contact them if not to seek some sort of clarification in a future edition? Otherwise it would be pointless.
  21. And so none of the other stuff matters? I think all the other stuff is just as important, especially when going through a lean spell in terms of performances and results.
  22. Wes, if cortese felt he had been misquoted, do you not think he would say something about it to the sun? The fact he has not suggests that what was printed was entirely what he meant.
  23. Dont forget benali.
  24. Yep. Once again Steve you get it.
